We got in around the busy check-in time in the afternoon and were greeted by a wonderful team of check-in people. They assured I got into the high floor rooms and that the room was just cleaned. Fantastic and effortless check-in until we checked out the very next day. Amazing experience. Would love to come back and stay longer there.

We always stay at this hotel when we visit Bangkok for the past 15 years. Mostly cause of its location and security. Right next to Paturam Platinum mall and so many other shopping. There are small stores right downstairs with food and more night time shopping. Hotel is secure as the deception is on 6th floor and there are guard at the bottom. Staff is great. Bar has free tea time and dinner shows. Absolutely love this hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay- would stay again. Lovely staff, clean and comfortable room with big bathroom and seperate shower. Amazing buffet breakfast selection. Very convenient location for walking to shopping and eateries. Cool rooftop bar/ restaurant and pool area too.

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to everything, which made getting around very convenient. While the hotel itself was perfect—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained—I do think a few areas could be improved. It would be more convenient to have basic toiletries like a shower cap and toothbrush already in the room, rather than having to call and request them. The malls nearby weren’t particularly impressive, and the area can feel a bit unsafe in the evenings if you're alone. The staff were friendly, though we didn’t have much interaction aside from check-in and at the restaurants. Overall, a very good stay and the hotel itself was faultless.

My second stay here. We returned for a reason because we enjoyed the hotel and the employees.
We paid for the room on Expedia and when we checked in they told us that everything was paid only needed one thousand baht per night for deposit.
To my surprise checking my credit card balance I was charged for the room again for 36,000 Baht I told them that they charged me twice they acknowledged that they overcharged me and they would refund my money.
Today at checkout still not refunded they stated that it would be 2 weeks atleast to get refunded
This is not acceptable and now charged for foreign transaction and interest on my account this should not happen to be charged again for the room I am very disappointed in this matter.

The hotel has a great location and is easily accessible to explore the Pratunam area, Big C, and Central World. Overall, it's an excellent location with great service.
One area for improvement: the hotel should give advance notice to guests about Songran private pool parties, rather than informing them only at the entrance when guests come down for a swim.
That said, the event organizer was kind enough to allow my baby to use the children's pool, which we truly appreciated.

Its family friendly. But maybe for 4 or 5 and above. Hotel is comfortable. Room was make up everyday. Gotten the daily breakfast at quite reasonable price. Breakfast is settled before every daily activities planned. So its quite convenient
However, our shower area, the rain shower head seems quite old and dirty to use. Overall still great experience.
