We booked 2 rooms specifically because we are a family of 5. Upon booking we needed to put in our children’s ages, 16, 14, and 10 years old. When we got to the hotel we were given two rooms with 2 Twin beds in each, not enough beds to sleep and were told to share beds or pay for a roll away, which was a ridiculous price for what it was.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly. I found stinks in the sink and on the counter. There was water in the kettle, apparently from the previous customers.

I always stay at this hotel, when im in Bangkok.
It never lets me down
Staff are friendly,room spacious, bed comfortable.
There are enough bars and food places nearby.

Loved the hotel. Service was generally great. Comfortable room. Pretty good breakfast. Really nice pool area with tolerable music and partial shade.
Only slight issues were: Food at the pool wasn’t that good and service was slow, also a bit expensive. This didn’t matter to us much because we didn’t eat at the hotel otherwise. Also, although they were very kind to offer a to-go breakfast for our early checkout, unfortunately it wasn’t very good.
