Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort & Spa

Enjoyed our stay breakfast was amazing everyday.

The Novotel is a fantastic property. Wonderful staff, awesome pools…my kids loved the vr room, pool and fuse ball tables and trying the in pool submersible. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. It’s very close to the night markets for dinner and the beach. There’s a shuttle bus every 30 minutes but the hill although steep is manageable. Kids loved feeding the koi fish and everything was just easy. We got the extra day bed and the room easily accommodated 3 of us comfortably. We stayed here after our resort stay to use as a home base while we were out adventuring all day. Incredible value, great location and amazing staff.

It was great

Good family resort. A little run down but really chill. Easy to walk down the road for restaurants, massage, pharmacy etc.

Great staff. Comfortable room and great food! Pool is wonderful!

Hotel is under construction. Be aware of no elevator until the construction is complete. we had to walk up 84 stairs to get to our room, View of the room was excellent, breakfast buffet was great. Staff were great.

The hotel is under construction, this was not mentioned on the website, it is located up the hill, our room was on the top floor, we had to take 85 stairs to get to the room. We had to take taxi to get to the top of the hill to get to the hotel if we went out for sightseeing or back from the beach. If it was mentioned that the hotel doesn’t have elevator, I would not reserve this hotel. Also to mention that the neighbourhood hotel is also under construction, we heard the noise at midnight, we brought it up to the manager we were told it’s coming from the other hotel. We also found lizard on the table in the room. Long story short, if we ever decide to travel back to Phuket, I would not book this hotel.

Very friendly and efficient staff, excellent restaurant, very large and comfortable rooms.

Hotel is great, Nice Location near Kata Beach, I booked a family Room. Had booked with Half board and enjoyed the breakfast and Lunches and Dinners. Food was good, Service at restaurant was great. Amenities like Pool table, Futsal games, will kill time and my Children enjoyed the stay thoroughly throughout the 4 nights and 5 days stay at the hotel. Housekeeping was not up to the mark and had to remind them of the few items, which they have taken the feedback and helped with service next day. But for such a renowned hotel, the service should be proactively done. Water bottles were requested. Hotel Room was not given on time and the hotel team compensated it with a late checkout on demand. Overall stay was good. But hope the team takes the feedback on checkin process and housekeeping and become much more better.

The resort's structure is very good, but it may not be classified as 5 stars, if you are not too demanding you will have a lot of fun

Property is up in the hill so it may be a challenge for some guests to walk up and down to the shops and restaurants. The

Front desk was rude and not accomodating to include small child. Charged extra at the hotel. Room was good. One day breakfast was good. Next day fruits and other items were limited and bit stale. Ride to airport was pricy from hotel.

We stayed at Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort And Spa family-friendly hotel where my kids had a blast! We booked the Family Explorer package but didn’t fully use the amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Rare delight and find during international travels. The kids have a check in desk (fun for toddlers) and they’re entertained by a koi pond in the lobby. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The building is under construction however you’re not impacted at all because they strive to serve you and your family. There’s even toys in the room for baby

Elevator was out. Its walkable around the area but it sits on a giant steap hill. Plenty of taxi and tuk tuk available
