If there is a 10 star I would love to star 10, first I stay here I think normal, but this is my second stay here after bergonta hotel when compared with other hotels in Phuket this hotel is the best, staffs are very friendly, the pool is clean and nice, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is diverse and tasty, strategic and easy transportation, close to the beach, I was asked what time of the flight tomorrow I said at 5 pm I was given an extra check out hour until 2 o'clock so I could rest before airport, and free of charge

We loved our stay at novotel phuket vintage resort. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was excellent with many options.Their pool is awesome. I have only good things to say and its walking distance to the beach. Thank you novotel for making our stay pleasant in phuket

Member of staff behind reception was very rude to my girlfriend. Member of staff should go on a course on how to treat customers and dignity and respect.. i was very unhappy with the hotel and i strongly say that i will never ever stay there again..Breakfast food was unsatisfactory..not much english food mostly rice and Indian food.. not happy..day time food was cold had chicken satay skewers absolutely disgusting.. main reception light on celling leaking rain very serious water and electricity not good needs serious attention..

It is definitely a family oriented property. Lots of families and kids running around everywhere - especially the pool.'
Which is amazing. With a large area used for a foam play pool.
As a single male businessman - not my cup of tea. But that staff are excellent. And your wish is their command and done with a smile. Remember to always bow and you will receive much respect. Learn a few Thai greetings and Thailand opens its doors to you. Try not to be an ignorant tourist. A word to the wise is sufficient.

The staff are top notch, the rooms are great although dialling in the air con was impossible as 26 degrees was too hot and 25 was freezing so I opted to bring cold and using more blankets.
Food and drinks are double the price than what you find outside but that's normal.

Brilliantly located just 5-6 min walk from the beach. Best swimming pool I’ve seen in a hotel. Staff are so friendly and make the stay all the better. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel.
