Amazing and friendly staff

All the staff are extremely friendly!!

The staff are top notch, the rooms are great although dialling in the air con was impossible as 26 degrees was too hot and 25 was freezing so I opted to bring cold and using more blankets. Food and drinks are double the price than what you find outside but that's normal.

Brilliantly located just 5-6 min walk from the beach. Best swimming pool I’ve seen in a hotel. Staff are so friendly and make the stay all the better. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel.

큰애가 중학생이고 작은애가 초등6이라 호텔 고르는게 쉽지않았어요~ 성수기에 방두개 하려니 예산이 오버되어 고민하던중 나타난 노보텔! 수영장크고 방에 킹사이즈 침대랑 엑스트라베드가 있어서 4인이 자는데 불편함 없었습니다! 아쉬운점은 모기가 정말 많고 조식이 가짓수는 많지만 한국인들 입맛에는 안맞는 메뉴들로 구성되어 있네요

We were made to share a bed with one ☝️ f outer teenage daughters, despite booking a room for 4 people. The duty manager and the hotel manager did not provide an extra bed free of charge since they stated is policy and common practice to have 4 people in a king size plus single sofa bed room. We felt it was not appropriate and were disappointed to be treated as cash-cows by the management. Truly disappointing experience, never expected this from an Accor establishment and l, as an Accor member, have never experienced something like this at another property. Overall, very poor customer experience.

Property was very nice

Stay at this beautiful resort was overall good apart from the drainage stench. The staff were extremely good at trying to solve the problem, which didn’t affect our stay.

Very adequate for what we needed and wanted. Breakfast could be much better. Fruit varieties very limited. But everything clean and delicious. Rooms dated but clean and bed comfortable. A very nice lobby and swimming pool.

If you want the hustle and vibrancy of Phuket and still find quietness and peace in your hotel then this is perfect.

Great hotel and location.

To noisy between room and u heard outside activity from the room loud and clear, roomcleaning always very late like 15:00 when we wanted siesta at the room But liked the pool,breakfast,bed,AC,bathroom

The hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful. We really enjoyed eating at the restaurant. The location was convenient. We definitely recommend staying here.

Good location in the centre of the town property itself it is quite old and in need of in need of modernisation in need of refurbishing, but has a good size pool and lots of activity activities For the children.room was bit small and dark.overall it was ok .

It is a horrible experience to checkin with this hotel. They lied to me about the availability of rooms, particularly any room not on the first floor. I advised I wasn’t going to stay if they didn’t have another, and of course, astonishingly, another room on the 4th floor appeared haha. Then, they told me it was the policy of the hotel to not have any guest enter the property unless it was after 11pm at night, while saying “we don’t allow prostitutes here during the day”. The implication that I use prostitutes, or the blanket assumption that all their customers do was utterly disgusting and unprofessional. I did in fact have a friend I wanted to see, and planned to be near Patong instead of Rawai where my friend lives. As my friend is certainly not a prostitute, nor do I sleep with my friend, the 11pm policy was not going to work for me. It required firm discussions with every level of management in order to normalize my basic 2 day hotel stay. I’m appalled at the lack of customer service, and even more so the disgusting assumptions. Furthermore, I had to change the sheets on my bed due to soiled linens. This was an apparent hardship for them, even though it is their job. I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me to do so. One star is more than they deserve.
