The room and the overall place are very good, clean, airy, very fragrant throughout the walkway, the real sea view room, full view, not a side slant. Staff in all departments are very good service. Very attentive to customers Both the reception of customers, the restaurant, the maid, the pool man, willing to serve very well. The swimming pool is the best, very clean, the slide is good, safe, 2 small children at home are very fond of it. I don't want to go home Pizza at the restaurant is very good. Everything is really good, there are 10 points to make a full 10, so walk to the nearby beach about 200 meters, clean sandy beach, clear water, new pattaya, the most impressive. I will go to rest again. Not going to look elsewhere Thank you for doing a good school like this. P.S. A little at the drain when taking a shower, the water flows very slowly. But the shower is strong, happy, kind.

The front desk staff are very cute, good service, fast, grade, the room gives a very beautiful view, see the sea, I like it very much, quiet. Athit will take his family to rest again.

While the room was on the smaller side the bed was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was stellar. The property has several pools and activities for both adults and children. The gym is one of the best I've seen in a hotel. Recommend!

Loved every part off it. Staff were so friendly. I used the meeting room to do some work, the pool was a wow, the breakfast was excellent. I have nothing bad to say about it.

Pros…budget friendly compared to other good hotels, closer to shopping and dinning , Cons….room temperature doesn’t go below 23C, hall room warm, no food service. This is family friendly hotel. A bit away from party spots.

Cleanliness and quiet were very good. The staff were also very friendly and the breakfast had a variety of menus and was satisfying. There were places to eat and shop nearby and it was convenient because I could walk there. I will stay here again next time.

This is very clean hotel. I very picky on cleaniness and by far Ozo pride themselves of this standard.
Even pool grounds were clean to walk barefoot. Pool always had guards watching.
Location was the best: Terminal 21 was just around corner (3min walk)
Pattaya beach no more 5mins walk. Many food options.
Arts in Paradise 6min walk
Hotel feels safe. There is guard at front gate.
Room is spacious & had separate room w/ bunk bed for my kids. Love balcony. Sometime its nice to step out room to get some fresh air.
Our family will book this hotel on our next trip to Pattaya.

Had a great time. Clean, beautiful rooms. High tech, great views. Pool was big and relaxing, buffet breakfast was great. Great hotel. Close to night market and mall. Walking distance. One of the best hotels ive stayed at even better then some USA hotels. Would stay again.
