The staff is amazing. I have stayed there six times over three years. Last year they upgraded the wifi however all the TVs in the rooms are small and dated. The breakfast buffet has gotten a lot better in the past couple years

We enjoyed our stay, the room was modern, bright and clean. The housekeeping was excellent, the lady was quick, efficient and always cheerful. All the staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful.
A couple of things need attention, the safe in our room didn’t work, there were cleaning chemicals put in the pool while I was swimming when they should have waited till the pool was closed. Couldn’t check in till 3pm.

No Hot water in Bath area and leaking water all the time in bathroom. One pillow smelled very bad! Would not change it.? Don’t Stay in Building C. Good luck the Vogue hotel was better value for your money.

For the price point u had no complaints here. Rooms were a bit scruffy but clean and housekeeping came regularly. Room Equipped with a fridge and safe. Pool area is great, big enough to have a proper swim and food and drink excellent. I would stay again for the same money.

Great location for bars and nightlife. Amazing gym, steam/sauna room. Pool and restaurant on property. Also around the corner from 7-eleven. The only downside was the rock music bar that we could hear until 3 am. Just turn on the tv you will be okay. Overall great hotel, staff is very helpful.

When arrived at hotel at first reception could not find booking, then they offered a room with single beds, changed to room with queen bed , after 2 Nights in room had to move because toilet kept blocking, once in another room every thing ok

hotel restaurant is great, really tasty and a lot of variety, not expensive for hotel restaurant.
the gym is really on par with a paid membership gym at home i was surprised to see how big and well equipped it is.
very well located. rooms are a little on the small size and they have no different size available.
