food is so so in the place but otherwise a beautifully constructed hotel with wonderful staff.

Beautiful property, very clean & quiet. Short walk to the MRT, a mall, and a ton of restaurants. Rooms were nice & clean and their breakfast menu was delicious!

First time at Passa Hotel. Loved the decor - the Chinese porcelain stools at the reception are superb although maybe not practical for a reception check in desk especially when travellers are coming from far and tired. I felt I might slip off. Also not disability friendly. Rooms are a bit small and could not get the AC temperature right. Also shower temperature could be warmer. All that said - good value for money and lovely welcoming staff.

It is a beautiful boutique hotel in Silom which is close to bars and shopping. It has black and white with some nostalgic theme going on. The bathroom tiles are cool.

Great value, comfortable, fun modern boutique style hotel

Great stay - room was nice and the bathroom was beautiful. I would just suggest they take room deposits by card instead of cash - had to wait for them to inspect the room when checking out and was heading to the airport.

Beautifully designed - industrial meets funk AND elegance. Staff was perfectly polite, helpful, very well dressed, and organized. The room was very clean and had a wonderful flare of boutique fun. The bar was quiet and the drinks were perfectly mixed and beautiful. The property is just a short walk from large malls, street markets and two train lines. It couldn’t be better located really. And the price was very reasonable. We will be back.

For the price point, I thought it would have been a bit nicer. Larger room, better hotel entry experience, full international TV channel selection (perhaps i didn't understand how to access those channels, but it had YouTube). This is the boutique hotel in this party oriented neighborhood. I like that it is on a side street of a side street. Quiet, yet very convenient to clubs, shopping mall, and a by the kilo wash and fold store. In the future, I'd weigh the alternatives that are lesser experience but lesser price: Ibis, Holiday Inn Express, The Quarter.

Location is good, 3mins walk to BTS. Many food option near around. Clean room and bathroom. Staff are super nice and friendly.

Great local spot in the hustle and bustle of the city

I don’t have any complaints. The hotel was fine and I wouldn’t lower the stars because it is located in an alleyway. The staff was pretty helpful. Given English is their second language. The rooftop was kind of cool but small. They should open their bar a little sooner and their breakfast was a little expensive but overall, it was a good place to stay.

Fantastic place to stay in Bangkok. Rooms are large and comfortable with everything you need. Location is excellent - so close to everything you need. Absolutely loved our stay - we’ll be back!

Mall close to property

Excellent choice, but kind of out of the way from everything in the southwest corner of old town. My partner and I walked everywhere, so unless you plan to call/take tuktuks, plan on 18-30 minute walks from wall to wall. Was disappointed at check-in for a 3 night stay, when they informed us the room was ready but they wanted another 1000baht to access the room early during slow season. I get we were early. That’s fine. I just left my bags to get my room key later in the evening. Bags were already waiting for us in the room when we returned at 9:00pm. Room/bathroom is nicely appointed and large. A/C is is strong and welcome after a day in the heat. A little mold in the shower- but it’s pretty much expected. Grounds are beautiful as in all the pictures. Recent reviews suggest neighbor dog barking problems which they address in a letter on the desk in the room. We were in the middle of the building and even when coming and going, never heard anything. It’s a peaceful property, well maintained, 24 hour security. Staff is young and eager to assist/please. Breakfast is plentiful and lots of options. There are set options but you can order pretty much whatever you’d like. This includes espresso drink options.

The property is clean and well located. Kudos to the cleaner. However there are three problems which made the stay a bit disappointing. One, the breakfast was not very good and all the items on the menu we tried didnt taste that good. It is also very poor value for money. Breakfast is strongly **not** recommended. Two, one of the rooms we booked had a periodic loud noise at night (some kind of equipment, not the aircon, making a sudden very loud buzz on and off) which made it hard to sleep. As such this hotel is not recommended for light or moderate sleepers as you may get a noisy room too. Finally, the hotel is not that customer focused in that when you arrive you need to pay a deposit and sign to say you will not bring things such as red dragon fruit into the hotel. The desk in the room has long list of charges if you stain or break something. Some of the staff seem a bit unfriendly but others were nice. Overall, we wouldn't go back.
