This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The room had cockroaches and they welcomed us in the room just few minutes after entering the room. I complained to the reception and they said they will send someone to check. Again next day there were few cockroaches. It looked like the property has not been taken care of by the owners. The furniture in the room was dated. The breakfast was tasteless and I saw many people wasting the food as it wasn’t tasty at all. Only good thing about it was that it’s near to the main market and beach. The room cleaning staff was courteous and did their best but looks like owners don’t care to renovate or do proper maintenance of the hotel. Never going to book it or suggest anyone to book this hotel.

Most perfect location in all of Phuket. Very generous management offering upgraded room to satisfy wife with perception of initial room. Comparing Patong Resort to other area resorts, my wife and I both felt that we made the absolute best decision when choosing this resort over all others in the area.

If you want the perfect located hotel for Patong Beach, Bangla nightlife or Phuket’ best shopping this is it. Two beautiful clean huge pools, great breakfast, fantastic happy hour deals Patong Resort Hotel is a great choice. Great value for money. You can’t go wrong!

4th stay here. Will not return. Standards have dropped alarmingly. Service at main pool bar dismal. Food and drink from outside just left around the sunbeds to rot. Seems the demographic of customers is mainly responsible but that seems to be what the hotel is targeting. Not recommended to Western travellers.

We thought we was booking a high class hotel but it was not that much, the furniture was a bit old though in good conditions, some of the staff with no the best standards, we ordered 3 coffes in the swimming pool bar, and the waiter took 15 minutes talking untill he started to make them..
Swimming pool closes at 7pm,Why so early?, but again the staff takes you out like if you was a thief making a crimen.

This is a hotel I always return to when I visit Patong. The staff is very friendly and service minded and always trying to find a solution if there is an issue. The rooms are large and brightly lit. There is also a very good parking lot.

Though reservation been Prepaid, still need to collect THB1000 for incidental charges which is understandable.
However if deposit via credit card, 1 month is required to have the amount revert back to the card which seems to be ridiculous.
Have to deposit by cash to avoid such a hassle.
The hotel every day have groups.
If you are light and early sleeper, hopefully your next room neighbour will not be at the balcony at wee hours on the phone as they are behind Thailand by 4 hours which is very annoying.
Generally the property is dated but well kept.
Bfast though is not much of a varieties but adequate.
To avoid partying music from Bangla Road area, allow me to suggest room to be located in the main wing despite noise still can be heard at least the still a distance comparing to the Garden Wings area also when it rain, there are no shelter to the Front Desk and Emerald Cafe for your breaky.

The resort is central with plenty shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance. The beach is 5 minutes walk from the resort. The staff are very friendly, helpful and accomodating. We have stayed here before and enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you

No problems here a very good stay with the great access th Bangla Rd. Good breakfast reasonable variety with a great egg man!everthing you need beautiful gardens and 2 pools , could be a bit more shade though beach 5 min walk .Would happily stay again
