location is the key USP of this property and the rooms in the main hotel are huge and very well appointed, though showing their age now. The pools are excellent and the breakfast is decent, though static with no change.

The shower is in the bathtub. It’s very deep and hard to get in and out. Especially for older people or with minor disabilities. Cleanliness of the rooms could be better. Rooms are quite dated now. Breakfast is poor, heating equipment needs updating as everything is cold. Salad bar fruit and yohurt is in direct sunlight. Not much choice at all if you’re a vegetarian.
On the plus side the staff is amazing. The grounds and pools are lovely. Not my first choice anymore

So close to everything. Right by beach and Bangla Rd. Very clean, everything you need. Breakfast was a good selection, pretty grounds and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again.

There were baby roaches in the room, and the 4th floor walkway carpet looked old and had mold smell.
What i was really disappointed about was, when we left the room in the noon informed the receptionist to clean the room and hung the cleanup card at the door, and found the room was not cleaned when we returned in the evening, had to remind the reception the second time for house keeping.
Overall the hotel was fine, facility, breakfast and the location was really good.

This was my second time at Patong Resort. Great place with 2 swimming pools. Great staff. I was on the 6th floor, there was this weird chemical smell around 6th floor which I am assuming was because of insect repellent spray all around 6th floor. Other than that, staff were very nice and helpful. There was an adventure tour shop as well where I could easily buy tickets to my tours within Patong Resort rather than going out and finding external tour guides. Only 3 mins walk to the beach, could not ask for better location!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The room had cockroaches and they welcomed us in the room just few minutes after entering the room. I complained to the reception and they said they will send someone to check. Again next day there were few cockroaches. It looked like the property has not been taken care of by the owners. The furniture in the room was dated. The breakfast was tasteless and I saw many people wasting the food as it wasn’t tasty at all. Only good thing about it was that it’s near to the main market and beach. The room cleaning staff was courteous and did their best but looks like owners don’t care to renovate or do proper maintenance of the hotel. Never going to book it or suggest anyone to book this hotel.

Most perfect location in all of Phuket. Very generous management offering upgraded room to satisfy wife with perception of initial room. Comparing Patong Resort to other area resorts, my wife and I both felt that we made the absolute best decision when choosing this resort over all others in the area.
