Beautiful tropical landscape with a big infinity pool. Swam laps every day. Large comfy rooms and bed. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff were very attentive and friendly. We will return!

The hotel and the room was quite nice. But the location of my room was very bad for WiFi reception. The connection was intermittent and very annoying. The connection speed was mediocre, not something to be expected from a high-end resort like this. If they can improve on the WiFi, this place would be awesome.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Service was gracious. Breakfast fantastic. Room beautifully appointed and very large with a very ample lanai. We even lost an earring in the lagoon and a staff member dredged the area by hand and found the earring. Well above and beyond!!!!! BRAVO!

They missed picking us up at the airport.
The room was huge we rented the villa with a small swimming pool but it was very cold water. we would recomend the villas overlooking the water.
The dinner quality was poor and service was erratic. There was a function going on in the dining area with a guy talking loudly on a mike we could hardly hear ourselves talk. Breakfast was average to good.
It is a spectacular property beautifully landscaped

Hotel is extremely private, golf cart will be your transportation between hotel's reception and your room. Room is very clean, new and comfortable. About 10 mins to city's attraction and river-view restaurant.

Hotel is supremely private, new and clean. Room is very comfortable, especially their bed and pillow. Breakfast is also great with variety of choices compared to other hotel in the city. Personally, the hotel standard is quite outstanding for Phitsanulok, along with its price. Great for business trip though.

Un superbe espace de verdure en plein centre de Phitsanulok. La villa sur l'eau et la villa avec piscine sont suberbes mais il faudrait à ne pas se laisser déborder par l'entretien des bâtiments qui vieillissent mal avec l'humidité et la chaleur. Nous reviendrons sûrement lors d'un prochain séjour.
