The room is very clean, cool air, there is a parking space as well. Super comfortable The view behind the room is very beautiful. Taken when the rain stops. Below the lobby there is a 7-11 kiosk to choose from a lot of food. But there is no hair dryer and we are not serious about it. If there is a full 10 rating, we give more than 10. I love it.

Stayed at the hotel for 1 night. On the day of check-out, I forgot a 1-salung gold ring on the headboard and the table where the phone is placed. Initially, I called the front desk to check the items, but I received a message that the items were not found, so I agreed to go back and check again myself and check the CCTV. It turned out that the room was the first room with only one maid, but the staff did not press the maid for the truth. Instead, the staff said that the maid would never take the items because there is a service fee of almost 20,000 baht per month. Most of the valuable items that are found are always returned to the customer. However, the items that the staff claimed instead are usually items that can be tracked with GPS signals. The staff also said that the customer might have thrown them in the trash or put them in a bag, even though the CCTV footage showed that there were items when checking in. When leaving the accommodation, they did not put them out. The hotel did not press the maid for anything more personally. This stay shows a high level of insecurity. Now, we will search for the culprit to the fullest extent. Even though the staff said that “no one has reported anything more valuable than this,” the missing items always have more sentimental value than money. In this era when gold is expensive, it takes a long time to earn each baht to hear words like this.

Hello, customer. As the hotel has already explained to you, the hotel did not ignore the investigation and has cooperated with the police officers to submit all evidence on the day and confirmed to you that the police report was correct. The hotel took all staff to the police station to confirm its innocence. However, from checking both at the laundry shop and in the room, the hotel still did not find the items in the room. Normally, if it is found that something has been forgotten, even very personal items such as boxers or underwear, the hotel will contact the customer and return everything. The claim that the hotel only returned items with GPS is probably incorrect. Also, on that day, the hotel could not check whether the items were placed in the location that you reported because you did not have any evidence of the location of the items. Therefore, an accusation without clear evidence is incorrect.
However, if it is found later, the hotel will contact you immediately. Thank you.

It’s 15 minutes driving to old-town and 5 minutes walking to Central Phuket Mall. The room was clean and spacious for family of four. But if you are travelling with toddler, take different room type since the railing surrounded the bathtub is not safe enough for them.

Location is terrible far from everything, had to pay one thousand bhats from airport to the hotel, it is in the midle of nowhere. Bad service they can't even provide extra water and they charge 1,000 bhats deposit.

Very dirty, the smell of the pillowcase is like they haven't changed it. Won't stay again. Contacting employees is difficult. When I came, the employees didn't look welcoming to guests. Overall is dirty.
