The property was stunning. Amazing views and the staff was so incredibly friendly. They helped booked us some great excursions as well as taxis . When I come back to Phuket I will be staying here again.

Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon is a beautiful hotel with stunning rooms and pools. I especially enjoyed the food at their Italian restaurant. The hotel is located in a quieter area of Phuket, offering more of a wellness vibe rather than a party atmosphere. If you're looking for nightlife, this may not be the best location, as it's about a 30-minute to 1-hour drive to Old Town Phuket, Bangla Road, and the beach clubs.
That said, the location has its perks. The beach is right there, along with local restaurants, street vendors, and massage parlors. There's also an elephant sanctuary a short drive away, which is a nice experience.

Everything is exceptional .. decor, attention to detail and amazing dinner at one of my favourite Italian restaurant!! Classy and elegant but don’t charge for sunscreen guys that’s a big let down .. just have some communal pumps there where people can help themselves if they don’t want to go all the way back to their villa ..

At first I was a little bit hesitant about booking at this hotel because of the remote location but that hesitation was unwarranted. The hotel grounds are so beautiful, the pristine beach is so close, the food is so delicious, and the staff is so friendly that there is really no need to venture out. However, if you are an adventurer like me, you can easily and inexpensively "Grab" a ride to the area attractions by using an app to prepay for rides. The hotel is located close to the airport and an inexpensive taxi ride. Or you can do like we did and arrange to be picked up by the hotel

Lovely Hotel! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
Perfect for a short weekend getaway as very close to the airport, however once at the hotel you feel like you are a million miles from anywhere.
Pools, views, rooms great!
Only downside is very slow service in the bar

The ideal luxury breakaway in a beautiful part of Phuket . Although a very high quality resort complex , it still felt easy going and relaxed . Couldn't fault it .
And the location is 5 mins drive from the Elephant Care Sanctuary - if you have time is a real special place to spend a few hours .
