The hotel room is quite old and definitely shows its age. The hallways have a strong artificial cleaning smell that can be off-putting. The room was very small, the ceiling was low, and the shower didn’t provide hot water. It was also quite noisy at night due to the bars downstairs. The location is in a narrow alley with Indian eateries, which may not suit everyone. That said, it’s manageable for a short stay if you’re not too particular. The staff were good.

So why should you. stay here ? To be honest the hotel needs a refurb. But I would stay here again , the beds are comfy , the rooms are quiet and you get a good nights sleep . The staff are brilliant and the concierge is the best ever . what more could you ask .

The staff are awesome, so nice and so welcoming. We also were upgraded to a premium room.
My only recommendation is that the breakfast be kept hot or at least warm. Most breakfast items were cold which made for a least favorable experience.

If you choose to sleep at this hotel, ask them how many towels each room should have and make sure you have that many towels after every room clean. After 1 1/2 week of searching for the right hotel, I choose this hotel because it was in a spot I like, and the reviews were good. I thought it was the right hotel after so many restless nights searching until we checked out and we were accused of stealing towels, and they were going to charge us for the missing towels. I booked couple rooms and nights for my group. The first night we were there we had 2 small towels and 2 bath towels but the next day when the maid came to clean our rooms, she never gave us 2 small towels, she only gave us 1 small towel. I noticed it but I didn't think it was a big deal, I thought she forgot to give us the other one and didn't bother to ask the front desk about it. But when we checked out the front desk told me and one other person from my group that we had missing towels and will be charged for it. I told them that we did not take their towels that everyone from all over this world had been using. We have our own towels and after the maid cleaned our rooms, she never gave us the other towel, for them to ask her about it.
