The hotel and suite is excellent but they never provide toothbrush and toothpaste like normal 4 star hotels do. I have to buy toothbrush for 25bhat ans toothpaste for 25bhat. The breakfast does not have variety of food and all the food have been 'booked' by the china tourist.

The location is in the deep alley. Must have a private car The room is more like a daily apartment than a hotel. The staff didn't care about the guests and didn't help. There is only one person that looks old and has a security guard. Only the swimming pool is just like having enough to play. Breakfast is good with fried basil. At this price, there are a lot more interesting hotels in Phuket.
