Was good

Stayed here for a weekend trip to visit some friends and really enjoyed it. The pool area is nice and lots of options for breakfast! Walkable distance to public transport and various malls (which is amazing). Would say the style of hotel is little more retro/classic, so if you’re looking for modern/bright, this won’t be the place for you. Staff are friendly and would definitely stay here again :)

Outdated, everything in our room was so very old and smelled bad. We didn’t even want to walk on the carpet, it was so old.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet hotel, je n'y retournerais pas! photos sur le site menssongeres, hotel a premiere vue propre, tres grand hall d'entree avec portier bagagier jusqu'ici tout allait bien. En sortant de l'ascensseur, l'hotel nous met deja dans une ambiance sale et vetuste. Dans la chambre, moquette qui sent l'humidite, grille d'aeration et de climatisation noire, baignoire jaune (a la base blanche) murs tachés partout et le summum des cafards !!!! Nous avons demandé a changer de chambre a cause de cela, la personne a l'accueil avait l'air agacee mais pas surprise alors que nous lui avons montré des cafards. Nous sommes descendu 3 étages en dessous pour retrouver la meme chambre sans la moquette mais encore plus de taches sur les murs, des joins de salle de bain noirs, le sol avec des résidus de passage, comme si le ménage n'avait pas ete fait. l'odeur de moisi est vraiment horrible. Nous avons fait 2 hotels avant celui la a Phuket et a Krabi je peux vous dire que c'est de loin le pire que nous avons fait !! C'etait a la limite de l'insalubrité ! Cet hôtel est tout de même 4 étoiles, avec des prix très onéreux !! Nous avons voulu un minimum de confort avec les enfants nous avons mis le prix et nous le regrettons amèrement !!Une partie de l'hôtel a été refait je pense qu'ils jouent la dessus mais attention nous avons eu deux chambres, les deux etaient degoutantes !!!! Piscine tres petite pour tout l'hotel phot encore prise sous un angle avantageux pour le site

Good place to stay.

I have stayed at the Rembrandt many times over the last few years. It is a great hotel, good location and the staff are typically very very friendly This particular stay was different than the previous stays. I found the staff exceptionally pleasant and helpful with the exception of the front desk staff. Because I have stayed there so many times before I have always received an upgraded room or other jesters of the hotel appreciation of my and my other friends continued stays there I found the staff (especially a young man at the front seat) especially curt when I explained my previous stays and what I was told previously to tell the front desk upon my arrival. I also ( but to a lesser degree) found several (not all) of the young ladies at the from desk the same. I would only go there and ask for change to leave for the maid staff ( who were by the way extremely nice as usual). I am not trying to complain, but I was asked to complete this review and I believe in a fair and honest answer. The Rembrandt is still a very good choice for stays in Bangkok

Rundown, worn, Aircon dirty and aged. Needs substantial reinstatment.

Great value for money. Location is excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. Our 2nd stay there and will definitely use again when we are in Bangkok

Great hotel stay. Lots of restaurants, shopping and fairly close to BTS and mtr.

we always stay at this hotel because we love the people and the place. this time it was different. the staff were a bit unfriendly, we got a worse room.

It was at a good location and many things to see in walking distance.

I like the stay, only thing is. A lot of noise in the lobby, because of construction in front of the building. Otherwise it’s nice and convenient location. I would come here again.

Very nice staff, very laid-back, excellent breakfast, easy location. We have extended our stay by several evenings because we like it so much. We"d definitely stay here again.

The property if old and run down. I did not get the room I selected. I got an old destroyed room from the 1980’s. Front desk was very unfriendly and not hospitable. I would never stay at this place again.

Not impressed with the building very dated, staff and service was very good. No warning about construction work going on to the building prior travelling. Would only rate it 3 star
