The receptionist is lovely. We lost. The staff walked to pick up. The entrance to the hotel may be a bit isolated. If you come alone, there is a lift. The room is clean. There is also a hair dryer. There are bikes available. Impressed with the service We forgot the items that the route helped return. Thanks a lot

Welcome to River View Residence. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). Our reception operates 24 hours to assist you at any time. Upon arrival, all guests are required to present a valid passport or Thai ID card, and a cash deposit of 1,000 THB per room is required. This deposit will be refunded at check-out. Please note that we do not offer on-site parking. For easy arrival, we recommend using "Baan Chimcha" as the taxi drop-off point via Google Maps. All guest rooms are air-conditioned, and the building is equipped with an elevator. River views are available in Exclusive rooms only. You are welcome to dine at our River Vibe Restaurant & Bar, located on the 8th and 9th floors, open daily from 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms, but a designated smoking area is available outside. Pets are not allowed on the property. A little difficult to find as it is set back from the road, but the view is incredible, both from the balcony and from eighth floor where the diner is located. Great place to stay all together! ♥️🙏

I was really disappointed with our room. There is a smell coming out of the bathroom that maybe coming from clogged pipes. I will not recommend it to anyone who would get the room on the other side of the river view, the room is stark, no tables, nothing to hang your clothes, nothing to put your things on, not even hooks. They dont change the sheets if we did not ask, the sheets are thin and they did not clean the floors. It is very depressing and not at all what is was like in the photos. They did not put a photo of the room we booked out we were to believe that it looks like in their website. The location is like in the slums, very scary place to go there. Not recommending it to anybody.

The Area is awfull and the Hotel is under renovation. But it is quiet, has a great View from the Seaview Rooms and a the Rooms have an nice Balcony. When we come in first time, we want to turn around immediately. after our 3 Days, we want to come again. Nearby is Chinatown, a great Place at Day and also Night. Best Food in Town

All the staff at River view are so helpful and accomodating. We had a room on Level 7 with a fantastic city view. However this room had no air-con so we found it hard to get to sleep in the heat. It was no problem for us to be upgraded to another room with air-con. Our new room was spacious and clean. Location is a little bit hard for taxis to find and navigate too but we thought it was a great to be amoungts the locals and it was only a quick walk to the metro station.

Loved the location by the river: it was "down home" and seemed more "authentically Thai" than did upper middle class areas. I stayed the first few nights in one of ybr cheaper rooms, and it was so-so, i.e. not so clean, the. TV didn't work, etc. I then switched to a better room, which was great. My advice: stay here, but don't go low-end, a few extra baht will get you a much better experience.

Generally friendly staff, but shared bathroom very unclean and frankly disgusting. Room with own bathroom (city delight) okay, though the drainage in the bathroom was quite smelly. Nice rooftop view.
