It was a very pleasant stay at Royal Orchid Sheraton. We were offered a room with a stunning view on the 25th floor. The cleanliness of the room, the ambience of the property overall and the courtesy of the staff were simply superb. The breakfast spread was good, not great. Overall, a very good experience.

Perfect location and a beautiful view of the Riverside!
The Royal Orchid Sheraton its in a great location it provides free shuttle ferry boat that takes you to Iconsiam which is an incredible mall, Also a main stop to catch other ferries for sightseeing Bangkok temples, Chinatown etc.
The hotel also has an amazing buffet breakfast and dinner which is best to have it included in your package. The 2 outdoor pools are very nice,
one is perfect for families.
My family and I enjoyed our stay here.

Good hotel with excellent Thai service throughout - great location on the river with Iconsiam shopping centre directly opposite which has to be seen to be believed. Free Sheraton river ferry included which is VERY useful, and lovely riverside pool, bar and restaurant options. Absolutely stunning river views from all rooms! The only thing that lets this hotel down is that the rooms are well overdue an upgrade - saying that though the price that we paid probably reflected this so no real complaints. We were only there for one night and one day before flying back home. I do feel it would be a good base to explore Chinatown and the larger city.

A very nice and comfortable hotel in the same location as many of the really high end hotels but much less expensive. You can take a boat shuttle to the IconSiam, the Grand Palace, Wat Arun and other stops, and if you need a taxi or tuk tuk the staff is very helpful getting you one. The Concierge made some excellent dinner recommendations for us. Had a wonderful stay!

A gorgeous hotel in a fantastic location! The rooms were very comfortable and spacious with lots of storage options and everything you’d want - coffee maker, tea kettle, mini fridge, 2 pools (the garden one was the best), restaurants, fitness center and bars! All this and you’re just a quick ride across the river to the OmniSiam Mall with great shops & a food court that offers everything you want! There’s a local pier right next door from which you can get to the Palace, Temple of Dawn & other sites! The staff, especially the Concierge, were incredibly helpful with recommendations & directions. We will 100% stay here if we come back to Bangkok!
