Second time I stay at this resort and I love it. This time in like a pod by the lake as rooms were all booked/unavailable. Staff are great helpful and friendly. We noticed some changes as there were new train carrge type buildings. We were curious and went to look and also discover a water park at the far end of the resort we didn't know about this is truly a gem in a rural loction. Great breakfast as before. Room aways cleaned when we arrived back and coffee tea sugar and water replenished. I like this resort it's always first on my list and I hope to be able to book one of the new train carriages on my next visit. The location is great for us as it's not far from my girlfriends house and I know the service there is very good. So util my next stay keep on doing what you do it works very well

The food was delicious, the accommodation was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The phone in the room couldn't call the lobby; I had to find the lobby contact number on the website.
