The best! Particularly the people is who makes the experience more enjoyable, we thank you so much for everything you have done for our 2 weeks of vacation so far away from home, we will be back, there was a glitch with our room reservation and the room type but you turned it around and made it right for us, thank you for everything

This is a gem, and the staff are all so friendly and helpful.
I specifically would like to give credit to Kung, who just started her wait staff role in the Tent restaurant, serving breakfast. She made me feel home, welcome and this shows the training and quality of the staff here and ensure all clients have a wonderful time.

Beautiful rooms with spectacular bathroom. Balcony looked over a courtyard and faced a wall which was disappointing. Had hoped for sea or pool view. Staff really lovely. Service a tad slow but think that’s just the way of life here. Lovely beach and pool area, if only we hadn’t had so much rain! I would definitely recommend and come back as overall it was lovely.

I stayed at another 5 star rated resort on the island before coming to here. The other one outshines this one in multiple ways. This one was a bit run down (wear and tear everywhere on the public grounds). For example one beach towel had gross blood stains on it. However the staff is very friendly and nice as all Thai people are on the island. The only great thing about the resort is the spa. Everything else was meh. Beach had seaweed. Pool area constantly had leaves in the pool and floor. Basically didn’t feel comfortable or as clean as the last place I did which had excellence in all categories.

Beautiful property that would've gotten my 5 if it were only for the luxuries and beauty! Private plunge pool water was cold to not be able to step in, pretty much wasted money there! Wall lizards in the rooms, on the cabinets, amidst my suitcase and in and around the coffee machine trays. The restaurant is ill equipped with knowledgeable or live counter staff. Gotta order and keep waiting endlessly until a wrong item is brought to the table followed by 3-4 different staff showing up to ask what was ordered. The egg counter person was clueless on a sunny side vs over easy!
The simplest of them all, the ‘forever’ English tea - watered down to a light pale color which too shows up only after finishing off everything else and a determination to keep waiting. We had veg special breakfast ordered upon checkin for every morning but they dropped the ball on that too on the last day. Never mind that as we managed with other vegetarian stuff around. Overall, a confusion and messy restaurant ‘The Tent’ by the beach with flies, ants and mosquitoes! Room service staff was great though and they took care of out needs. Will explore other places next time as lizards is the last thing I want in my suitcase heading back home!

If you’re looking for the perfect escape getaway, this hotel was perfect! We stayed for our honeymoon and booked a villa - the service, the room, the dining options & facilities were top notch. It has everything you need there or close by. When we felt like we needed a break from the hotel life, we easily walked into town (5 minutes) and tried local food & markets. Super convenient! The hotel also ran so many activities, themed nights to get guests involved which was fun and the staff were super attentive & so friendly. Side note, breakfast is the best! A must stay and we can’t wait to visit again.

We actually got transferred to the other Sala Choengmon due to construction noise. The whole experience was by far the best of the entire trip through Thailand. The rooms were beautiful, modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

We came to celebrate our honeymoon, the location of the hotel is in the area inside the center of Samui, magical with a beach and an amazing view. The room was relatively large with very maximum equipment, in my opinion a good hotel and justifies the high score it received, we took a room with a private pool and a view of the ocean and it was amazing!!! . Really enjoyed!! In conclusion: For those looking for a calm and peaceful place to spend their next vacation, the hotel definitely meets the needs

Resort is amazing! Would recommend anyone to come and would definitely come back! There’s so many activities to do if wanting, or just sit back and relax. We did the cooking class, spa and floating breakfast and all were amazing experiences! Staff were always so friendly and helpful. There’s a resort app that is super helpful. Lots of space to relax on beaches and the food was amazing!
