Very good receptionist, friendly atmosphere. In the morning, you will see the gills in front of the balcony. This trip was very impressed by the service of the staff of the cat care service very good. It is very friendly.

We were fortunate enough to be able to stay for 4 nights at a Poolside Bungalow, right outside 1 of the 3 beautiful pools. Although our bungalow was older it was convenient, clean and comfortable with the best location.
From the moment we arrived staff were so friendly and accomodating. We had an issue with the air conditioner and they attended to this at lightning speed. The breakfast was great and of course with amazing beach views. Sand and Sea would suit all, couples young and old, friend groups and families. Could not fault apart from not staying longer!

The staff in the hotel are incredibly kind and helpful, special mention to bellboys which also have a great sense of humour :-)
The only thing we didn't like at all is the barge and towing boat at the beach which totally destroys the charm of the place.

This is a pretty nice property right on Railay Beach. So the location is great! It's definitely not the nicest resort I've ever stayed at but overall still worth it especially for the price I paid. The staff was amazing - always helpful, kind, and personable. I wish I would've used the pool area next to the beach and the restaurant because it looked nice.

We stayed in a deluxe bungalow for two nights. The space was a good size and given the size of the property, we were 100m from the main pool and the east beach. The shower was in need of some type of pressure but I'm sure not easy given the area. Breakfast was good. Be aware that this property doesn't sell alcohol. Also, there is a massive garbage barge grounded right in front of the property. Maybe not their fault but it's a serious draw back for the surreal surroundings! The staff go out of their way to help and for that we are thankful 🙏

The hotel is low level, not more than two stories, so it is like a series of small buildings either single occupancy or rooms. Our room was excellent, large with good facilities. A few things you should know are that getting there and leaving require a minbus, a motorcycle to get your stuff on the pier and a wooden longboat to get to the beach since there are no roads. So, be prepared for that. Also, beware of the monkeys who can be pretty tricky. Otherwise, the scenery is unworldly, maybe the most spectacular beach you will ever see. Side tours are also available, and there is a street with outside restaurants for alternativ dining. Staff were super friendly and helpful when we mislaid a jacket. Definitely would recommend this hotel

Stunning location. It is an Islamic hotel, so no alcohol is served on site, however there are several pubs very close by, so it really want an issue. It did also mean that there was no pork served at breakfast which was a bit of a bummer. Otherwise it is a lovely resort.

Lovely jungle + beach. Staff as is typical in Thailand - caring and attentive. This is definitely not a four star hotel as the issues are as follows: 1 a rusting garbage filled beach ship is directly in front of a pristine view of the beach coastline and surrounding limestone cliffs. Rusting and full of garbage. Disgusting 2. Lighting in the rooms are inadequate you have to use your camera iPhone 3. No water pressure in the restroom sink. 4. The drain is clogged and the sink fills up with water. 5. Breakfast might’ve been 3 1/2 star at best but need demoted to 3 star as we and other guests complaining that the coffee from a machine was essentially powder with hot water. Awful 6. Because his hotel evidently is Muslim owned their religious dictates in terms of what can be served and what cannot be served is unacceptable to a vacationing guest. Most would prefer to have an evening cocktail while watching the sunset. Muslims are not allowed to drink alcohol and their rules at this hotel apply to everyone! Discriminatory and unfair especially when it’s not included in the information when you book this hotel. If not misrepresentation it’s misleading.
Bottom line - don’t come here for any of these reasons
