Had a problem when checking in because I clicked the wrong date on the app. The hotel manager was very helpful in trying to facilitate a solution. And the slide in swimming pool was awesome.

The arrogant receptionist was not familiar, I debated a little with them, the problem of the number of people staying I was subject to additional fees for my child. Rooms that were given a little problematic, maybe intentional at times because there was a slight problem at check-in, regret staying here.
