The place little bit far from the city. And we have to walk far to the train station, but the bus is everywhere. The room really clean! Everything really amazing and also the receptionist!

The hotel is in the heart of Pratunam but is very strict about the number of guests in the room and the additional costs are quite expensive for 1 night 800 baht

We also appreciate you sharing your feedback regarding our policies and additional costs, and we would like to take this opportunity to clarify. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, we do have a policy on the maximum number of guests permitted per room. Should an extra person be registered, our charge is 200 THB per night; this covers the additional use of amenities, as we do not provide extra beds.
We believe there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the 800 THB cost you mentioned. This amount does not correspond to our extra person fee, but it is very close to our nightly rate for some of our rooms, such as the Grand Deluxe. It is possible this was a quote for extending a stay for one night.
We regret any confusion this may have caused during your stay. We value your feedback as it helps us communicate our policies more clearly. We hope that despite this misunderstanding, you were able to enjoy your time exploring Bangkok.

The location is very good, close to many places to eat and 7/11. Receptionist friendly and very helpful. The Grand Deluxe room is clean and very spacious, all equipments runs normally. All Staffs are very helpful and friendly. It's very fun to stay at Siam Palace, if next time to Bangkok and have business in the Phaya Thai area, it will definitely consider staying at Siam Palace again. Thank You

A very great hotel for an affordable price. Great location, 7/11 nearby, you can walk to the nearest BTS station, lots of cute coffee shops around, lots of street food around at night. The service is top notch, polite & friendly staffs, they will help you with anything, flexible check in/out time as long as you inform them. Overall, a very recommended place to stay in Bangkok. Will definitely stay here again for my next trip.

For what I paid, this was a good stay. I arrived before noon and had planned to leave my luggage and run to the city for lunch, but they unprompted gave me an early check-in bcs the room was ready. Super grateful for that as I had an opportunity to refresh.
Nothing special with the room really, but also nothing you should’t expect from a room that costs $18 a night. And as long as you’re not allergic to some walking, it’s got an okay location. Walk 12 minutes to Saphan Kwai BTS station and you’ll get connected to Bangkok’s metro systems already. If you decide to Grab, getting to spots like, um, Siam Paragon or EmQuartier would take 15-20 minutes only.

Overall everything is good, but the shower in the room does not have hot water. There are 2 valves, but both are cold water, so I'm not sure if it's not there or if I don't know. / It will be difficult to park the car. / But it's not difficult to call a shuttle. Walk a little to the front of the alley and there are motorcycle taxis.
