So nice hotel, with good staff and good meals too. I'm surprised when my room upgraded to Suite Room. My room so clean, Tik help clean my room. The place near with my office only walk around 5 minutes we are arrived at Bhiraj Tower. I will stay here again for next, thank you for your great hospitality.

I was given a free upgrade at check in which was a lovely surprise to a full suite which was amazing! 5 star facilities, service and breakfast. Wish i could have stayed longer

Lovely and comfy hotel room but not sure it was worth the price. Breakfast buffet was additional cost and felt very bitty compared to local competitors. Service mixed and staff less attentive than expected. Shout out to Cherry and Lek in housekeeping who were excellent. Vanilla Sky - rooftop bar - had great views but cocktails were below par and no benefit for hotel guests over randoms.

We enjoyed our stay here and Bank was absolutely amazing.He was very friendly,professional and knowledgeable.He helped us every step of the way getting around.If your looking for a hotel in the heart of the city with nice vibes and close to it all them this is the place for any age.
