The staff were rude. The customer called to confirm their reservation and the staff didn't ask for a 200 baht cash key deposit. Upon arrival, the customer asked if the 200 baht deposit could be transferred. The staff replied that it couldn't be transferred and didn't offer the option of depositing their ID card if they didn't have cash (they only informed us after a brief exchange).
When the customer asked why they weren't told to prepare cash, the staff replied:
1. The customer didn't ask (even if they didn't ask, it's their responsibility to provide complete information).
2. The customer didn't understand the hotel's rules (the customer understood, but was just asking why cash wasn't required).
3. The customer didn't check the information on the website.

No wifi! But Room Rent is 24$no toothpaste & Toothbrush. Hotel Receptionist Ask 100 baht for WiFi access. Hotel receptionist take 20 baht just for call the taxi. Hotel receptionist said wifi is free in lobby only. I have very bad experience 😕.

แผนที่ใน App ผิด จริงๆ อยู่ตรงวัดสัฆราชาในซอยลึก ใครไม่มีรถ ไม่ควรเลือก ทั้งๆ ที่ใน app บอกแถวๆ อ่อนนุช 82 ที่พักดูใหม่ แต่มีแมลงสาบ และกลิ่นแมลงสาบ ทิชชูเหลือแต่ของเก่าของคนที่แล้ว ดึงทีเดี่ยวก็หมด ทั้งในห้องน้ำและโต๊ะด้านหน้า น้ำร้อนช้า (ตอนดึกไม่ร้อน)

The bathroom has yellow stains like it hasn't been washed for a long time. Booked a room including a shuttle to the airport at 10 o'clock, but as if not coordinating with the booking, when going to check-in, told us that we did not reserve a car and seemed to not inform the driver that there was a transfer to the airport. We sat and waited for the driver to get out of the car. The meaning of the service is to wait for the customer. Not for customers to wait The car also smelled of cigarettes.

Very impressed The receptionist is very cute, speaking because with a service to the airport. Close to the appointed time, there will be an employee calling into the room. The room price is considered worth more than the value. The room is spacious, convenient, comfortable for 10, full of 10. Next time will definitely return to use the service.

Peaceful, clean, slightly smelly room But the counter staff doesn't have any recommendations on which floor How to use key card? Overall it was good because check in was half past midnight. Check out at 8am Food is available 24 hours. Delicious food When ordering water to eat, the staff only brought a bottle of water and didn't bring a glass. (Eat in the hotel restaurant)
