Hi, I enjoyed my stay here very much. I would highly recommend this property for any vacation. If I ever came back to Thailand I would return. The food was very good and the room was very good and the staff always went beyond to make our stay even better . Well done I would say 10 out of 10 for me. Jo . Australia.

The property was beautiful. Quiet beach, and awesome pool. We did an all inclusive option. It was ok. We were expecting more like a Mexico/Caribbean type of all inclusive. We were only allowed to choose from a smaller menu for food and drinks. We aren’t major foodies, and we went off site for some meals as well, so it wasn’t a show stopper, just something to be aware of, for others. It was our first time in Thailand and we have been sad about leaving ever since we left. Wonderful property all in all, and definitely hope to visit again. Peaceful and quiet, yet only a short tuk tuk ride to the action of Patong Beach!

Staff are also spot-on with customer service.
It would do the hotel well to be cleaner and up to date with the rooms in terms of corners of the walls and floors, between the bed stand and wall, books and crannies. This is what makes the hotel 5 stars IMO.

I loved my beach cottage and I loved the surroundings the stairs and gardens absolutely stunning but the breakfast was best I’ve had plus room service the salad we ordered more it was amazing I would stay here again

Overall the hotel was great with the exception of items, the bed and the WiFi. The bed wasn’t what I’d expect for a 5 star hotel, it was far too hard and the WiFi couldn’t handle Netflix.

The garden and the beach are the best features of this place. Everything else are very poor.
The staff forgot your requests and do not even try to support you when they realized they missed it.
They aslo should improve the food quality.
The rooms smell mold and the AC was a lot noisy.
There’s a taxi desk station at the hotel. The person in charge of this service over charge significantly the rate. Some of the taxi that came over to pick us up confirmed us he often double the price, which is more that adding a normal margin!

Too much mosquito, when tell staff they provide its spray, but they charged for this heavely. Even it's their responsibility to provide the better condition. Just a very small pen marked on bedsheet tends me to 1500 baht cost.what the hell is this

Paradise. Great service, treated like Kings and Queens especially from Jan - she was awesome. Rooms are comfortable and luxurious, facilities are endless including a tailor... beach with perfect views just to top it all off. Would love to return! (M from room 2114)

Overall an average experience. The property is very outdated. Bed/pillow sheets have stains on them. Room feels too humid and has molds on the ceiling.
On the good side. The scenery is very beautiful. Food is good and the staffs are nice. Kids really enjoyed the pool access room and the petting zoo but we won’t consider this hotel again unless they do a full renovation.
