The staff were super friendly, picked up and dropped off at the boat dock, clean modern rooms with sliders provided for ease of leaving footwear on the doorstep to keep floor clean. 3 minute walk down a lit path to the middle of Pattaya beach, 5 minutes away from the end of Walking Street. We could have done with some more storage draws but that won’t stop us booking again next year. Loved it, we have no reservations in recommending.

The room and bed were very comfortable. The bathroom was ok. Sometimes it smelled bad, had to keep the door closed when not in use. Breakfast was good. Nice choice of Thai food. Had southern style Thai food one evening. Very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location. Would stay again. Loved Koh Lipe. A different crowd here. Very fit and active. Allot of amazing places to see in the area. Ocean is very clean and clear. Not allot of bars, etc. If that’s your scene you will be disappointed. Can’t wait to come back.

For the price I paid, everything was ok. The staff did not answer any of my messages to arrange pick-up, but after checking out the receptionist did give me a lift to my next hotel. Breakfast was very basic.

Nice hotel, nice room however the sheets were never changed just turned over. I had to ask for bottles of water in the room on the occasions they forgot. Breakfast could be changed up.

Customer service is so good, with hotel offering service to pick up and drop baggage at the jetty, which is so important as one would otherwise have to lug it in the sand. Breakfast, although ala carte, was filling and had a wide spread ranging from fruits to mains, complete with juices and coffee/tea. There was hot water for bathing and a hair dryer which is lacking in some other hotels.

We had a pleasant stay at Breeze. The hotel staff came to pick us up. The room was ready when we arrived in the morning. It’s near the beach and it’s convenient to go to walking street (which also leads to sunrise beach) as well as the sunset beach.
My partner and I really love the breakfast there - cooked as we ordered and it’s really yummy.
The only thing that I find slightly unpleasant was the smell around the hotel which could be smelled in the bathroom which had a window connecting to outside. Other than that, love our stay there!

To acc as the resort from this hotel it is a 5 minute walk up the beach when the tide is in you may have to paddle home

Breeze lipe was great beach resort a stones throw away from the beautiful pattaya beach and just far enough away from walking street to be quiet. Only thing missing was the ability to rent sun loungers on the beach, it would be nice if breeze could of joined up with one of the hotels so we could rent a sun lounger however we were not allowed to use them.

Very good resort just behind the first line of hotels on the beach. A little bit difficult to reach from the pier but it is not a resort problem it is the island that is a mess.
