Great location Pool side apartment was fantastic

Great hotel right across from the beach. Can walk everywhere. Room was spacious. Staff super nice and very accommodating. Breakfast in morning was great.

Its location is the best in this area. Hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Greeted by the most welcoming staff on arrival with ice cold refreshments,the reception staff go above & beyond . Hotel is immaculate with two swimming pools in beautiful surroundings. Location is excellent right on the beach front with restaurants,shops & boat tours across the road. Rooms are very large with everything you need & the shower is the best ever. Breakfast is served at Wannas Place next door again staff so attentive & great choice of food. We ate here most of our stay as food was delicious & portion size was generous & great price is too. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Ao Nang

When booking the L Resort in Krabi, I did not understand that this area was basically a strip of hotels, restaurants, bars, and shops. While The L was in the middle of it all and provided connivence, it still was quiet in the courtyard where the centralized swimming pools were. Our rooms provided us a calm, spacious environment. The sheets were white and crisp, shower head strong with nice temperature for water and very clean. Nicely decorated in white with accents of purple so not overpowering. Breakfast for us was included. Coffee and tea, fresh fruit, sweets and other dishes were delicious. We only ate breakfast at the hotel so we could investigate our surroundings for flavors of the area. Staff were friendly and always helpful. There was an occasional odor by the pool you could enter gradually which was our only concern so we could sit by the other pool as an option. Other than the odor, the area was always clean. We saw the staff clean the pool in the morning so The L took cleanliness very seriously. While they were forthcoming that we could not have a late checkout they did provide a room with shower at no cost for a limited amount of time which was appreciated. We would recommend The L Resort. If we could have added anything it would have been a bar at which to hang out and enjoy the view as directly across the street was the strand (walkway), beach and water. You could have drinks in the restaurant from what I understand but we did not personally investigate this.

Stay was well beyond expectations! Good is amazing and rooms are beautiful. Right in the center of it all. Staff was incredible, would recommend and stay again!

Great staff and excellent location!

Right on the seafront, although our room didn't have a sea view. Very convenient for the long tail boats, opposite and nightlife. Lovely restaurant and the pool area was great too. Staff were very friendly and helpful and it was a great place to stay. Nice size room, with balcony overlooking the pool area, very nice shower and toilet. The large bed was a little firm for me, but not my partner. Air conditioning, mini fridge and tea making facilities all very good. Although it didn't affect us too much, there are bars very close that have music playing loudly until very early in the morning.

Our stay at L Resort was absolutely wonderful. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and our luggage was taken care of right away. The check-in process was simple and easy, and we were swiftly taken to our room. The room was clean, tidy, and well-cared for. We received all the information we needed to enjoy our stay, and we were given the best location to access all the amenities in the area. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a lot nicer than where we came from on Phi Phi island, and felt roomy, clean, and relaxing.

Perfect location for bars and restaurants. Breakfast buffet is fab and can look out to the beach / sea whilst eating. We had a pool access room and it was fantastic. Highly recommend. Thank you!

We loved our stay here! Upon arriving, we had a wonderful greeting from Nan - she immediately made us feel.welcome, and even walked us to the room to go over all the amenities of the hotel, and make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Hotel was super clean, and well organized. Wanna's Restaurant offers a great Breakfast option that we took advantage of each morning - pretty much everything you could think of - not to mention the food is fresh & very good. The Pool area was a nice surprise - two beautiful pools, which are kept spotless, and super comfortable to just lounge around. Last, but not least - the staff here is amazing. They all go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and each does their job so well. Ive visited a lot of Hotels over the years, and The L was definitely a breath of fresh air! Thank you - look forward to visiting again!

Great place to stay.

Great location perfect for shops and bars. The staff lovely and so helpful. We had a swim Up room which was perfect and a great price for such a luxury. Wanna'place was also a fabulous restaurant and best meal in our 5 nights In Ao Nang where we ate in a different restaurant every night.

Great resort, location is amazing( loud at night.. Not personal issue) restaurant attached is very good. Staff were very helpful and happy to serve! Highly recommend!!

It was a nice stay here. Location is perfect; right across from Ao Nang beach and lots of shopping and restaurants within easy reach. Really appreciated their airport service (600 baht one way) and the breakfast buffet. The hotel seems to cater more towards families and older folks who are not looking to party so it was perfect for us. My only big complaint was that the mattress was reallyyyy stiff, probably the hardest mattress I've ever sat or slept on; My hip and back was sore the next day. Other than that, nice stay in Krabi!

The room service was excellent. The room is cleaned as if you just checked into a new room. Breakfast was decent and the restaurant is clean. Front desk staff is very courteous and helpful. Will want to stay there again.

Staff at the L Resort was extremely accommodating and went out of their way to make things good. Running water however was sporadic and was not available to flush toilets and shower on demand. There were times we had to go to another room to shower or wait for an hour to flush the toilet. I know this is beyond the staff's control and they did their best to provide options. Location is on a main road - should you desire peace and quiet then this is not the place for you.
