As alway the staff in Thailand are always friendly and helpful, this hotel is amazing value for money,my apartment overlooked the swimming pool which is very clean and a very good size,plenty of sun loungers,the room was very clean, plenty of hot water ,shampoo and shower gel, not stupid little bottles, not the best bed for me but everyone is different, breakfast was really nice,plenty on offer,nice coffee,I would definitely visit again if I were staying in this town,thanks to all the staff for making it a very happy visit.

First time to Khao Lak and the hotel was amazing!! Staff were always on hand, always attentive to everything and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend and will def return again!! Khop khun krub!!

Stay only 2nts. Everything you need its no problem asking for a mattress topper was easy. Staff are lovely and restaurant has Italian meals for dinner.

Two good pools. Staff very friendly. Very close to shops, restaurants and bars. Taxis etc readily available. Easy access to beach through the sister hotel. Plenty of day trips to do.

We choose the villa again this year. But room 8504 seemed to have a lot of mosquitoes on the balcony. Lucky thai spray works.
I requested a topper for my bed which arrived promptly. Large walk-in shower in fact the whole bathroom was large. Mini fridge,two bottles of water a day,tea,coffee and creamer. TV
Air-con fixed. Block out cutians would help as there are fairy lights around the beautiful gardens.
Breakfast was so so. A very short walk to the street where there are lots of restaurants, 2 711, and two supermarkets.
The staff are always happy and very helpful.

We stayed 45 nights love every minute at The Leaf on Sands. Villa was right near the big pool. Beds a little hard but the maids fixed that with extra padding a doona.
Bar fridge, 2 bottles of water,tea,coffee and creamer.
Big walk-in bathroom plenty of space for your toiletries.
Nice veranda with two chairs and table. Even they have this in your room. Safe easy to use. Breakfast was at The Sands resort golf cart delivered us there excellent.
Last few days breakfast was at The Leaf. Just outside plenty of restaurants, supermarket, 711.
Thai bank close for your money exchange.

Love the leaf on sands so relaxing and peaceful. Beds a bit hard, air-con wonderful. A small fridge,kettle two bottles of water a day as well as tea, coffee and creamer.
Pool is outstanding perfect. Just a short walk to restaurants on the main street. Breakfast buffet everyday.

A case when photos and misleading information sell the room. According to the description I booked chalet room which included balcony. However, we were placed on the ground floor with no access to the frist floor. Obviously, there was NO balcony. I chose the room because I thought it's either upstairs or as it is implied, the whole chalet comes with the booking. But it wasn't the case.
Cons: Staff doesn't care what customers do. Swimming pool was used already at 6:30 am by large number of kids making noise, jumping
