The staff were friendly, but the air conditioning in the room wasn't very cool, the sink faucet was constantly dripping, and the shower head holder was slightly damaged but still usable.

Quiet, good sleep, clean room and other areas, good service, comfortable. The only thing missing is no mini bar, maybe because I booked a normal room. The bathroom is clean, has a shower screen, hot water. The lobby has a table for eating. We can order food and sit down.

The receptionist didn't matter. Rude accent Look at customers using disgusting eyes. Give an explanation about the room.
