Hotel is so nice. the location of the hotel is very good. There are spa, small coffee shops and also 7-11 next to the hotel. For convenience, they have shuttle bus services to patong beach also. All staffs were welcome with smiley. The room was so clean and new. I requested for honeymoon decorations. They gave us a very nice and good room, also decorating the bed with flowers and whales towels that was so cute! Specially thank you to Khun Fah FOM for upgrade the great room for us and Khun Kom, Assit FO for sincerely helps and all information of the hotel. If you looking for nice hotel on your holiday, I proudly to recommend this hotel. 👍

The staff was amazing and very helpful! The hotel is very nice with all of its extra activities! It is located on a busy street so it can be loud at night but with all the activities we did during the day we were able to sleep through the night.

Friendliest and polite staff! The rooftop pool is amazing. So so peaceful! The food and drinks at the hotel was lovely. The location of the hotel was perfect. It is within 10 metres of a money exchange booth. 7-11 is less than a 5 minute walk away and Bangla road is less than a 20 minute walk away.

The facility was excellent, the staff top notch! The roof top bar is what brought us back for a few more nights. It’s an easy open cab ride or walk to the main streets for food and attractions. The only reason for the 4 stars for area around was due to the Main Street outside was very busy all night long with traffic noise. I ended up using my phone for loud white noise and slept well then.

The hotel had all the amenities, including a rooftop pool, which was beautiful overlooking the city. The staff was wonderful and the buffet for breakfast was so plentiful with many options.

Customer service was very poor. They were talking about us and our tour guide understands and talked to them saying they shouldn’t be talking about us and that he understands them. Then they apologized and were acting nicer. One of my tour guy couldn’t come so we swapped tour guide and they wouldn’t change the name to the new guide unless I dealt with it. So I did but then the customer service lady still called herself to confirm it even tho I showed her the new name that I changed it too on hotels.com. Only gave us one room key. Had to ask for a second one. The shower/tub is poorly made/set up because water runs and leaks to the bathroom floor and gets all wet. Sink faucet pressure is so strong that water comes flying at you if you don’t know til the first time.

The property was beautiful and the staff handled everything very well? Down to the dry cleaning if your clothing, they also offer various amenities, such as a roof top pool, DJ. The only downside is of course the surrounding area is Extremely filthy, but they try their best to keep it clean. Rooms were spacious and clean.

If you are light sleeper bring earplugs as the rooms that are facing the Main Street that does not have any sound insulation, so noise from street kept us up for most of the night. Not sure if it’s our room but the air conditioning turns off around 2am every night. The shower/tub combo has a bad design where water drains out into washroom as tub is elevated so water can’t drain into tub. Although hotel feels enclosed, there’s no ac in hallway and elevator.
The highlight is the breakfast buffet and all the staff are very friendly. Also rooftop pool was a plus.

My partner and I had a wonderful 5 day stay at the Marina Phuket Hotel.
Location: As first timers in Phuket this was perfect for being close to the busy parts of Patong but just far enough from the action, to enjoy some moments of calm. Walkable to several conveniences - food, beach, entertainment. Very easy for Grab rideshare pick up, being on a large main road.
Staff: SO kind and attentive. Welcoming and very willing to help you. Every interaction was super.
Room: Stayed in the Deluxe Double Room. Room was clean, spacious for 2 people with 2 large and 2 small luggages. King bed was very comfy. Bathroom was a good size. I did read prior to booking, the road side rooms, you can hear the night time party noise. While yes this was true some nights, it was alright for us. Air conditioning was great and mini fridge though only slightly cool was great for keeping bottled water cool.
Breakfast buffet: Definitely add this to your booking. It offers great variety for different preferences and is a lovely start to each day. I am allergic to dairy and I am gluten sensitive, and had plenty of options to enjoy (with about a thirs of the options changing daily). I appreciate that it opens very early, especially for the days you have plans starting first thing in the morning (or for those who may be jetlagged and can't sleep!)
Rooftop pool: Highlight! A great way to chill and you can get lots of sun time. I do wish it opened earlier.
Absolutely would return.

The staff is fantastic, also the pool was great. It’s Patong so if you are looking for quiet that’s not the place as it’s a busy city. That said there are hundreds of great restaurants and tons of great beaches within an hour ands tons of nightlife.

Didn’t have a bath and the toilet stinks. Internet was bad and I call and complain about it and they said they were gonna send someone to check and no one came. Couldn’t connect to the internet for important work meetings. It was bad
