Property is amazing a lot of the tours will pick u up at the hotel they also have shuttle to town food very good restaurants great roof top bar amazing !! Tong bar Sara front desk tiger at the bar were excellent also santana was except at pool bar..great hotel they have everything!!!

Loved staying at the Nature! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The location is outside of the main area of Patong but this is a huge plus. Only a short uber ride to the main centre or a 20 min walk to Patong beach. Have recommended this hotel to many people already and would definitely stay here again in the future!

I chose this hotel due to the pool access and convient location. We were not expecting it too be as nice as it was. Beautiful nature inspired property that is well maintained. Close proximity to everything. My son got not the pool everyday. Many breakfast choices which we needed for a family of 4. Priced reasonably. We would stay here again. There was always a staff person cleaning and available to assist.

Definitely not recommended. This hotel was a huge disappointment. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. The room smelled bad, and we had to call twice just to get the blocked shower fixed. Breakfast was cheap and low quality—definitely not worth it. Overall, a frustrating and unpleasant stay.

If you want a place not so crowd but close to the Patong, this is a wonderful location, especially if you have rent a car.

We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet daily and the private pool in our room. The swim up bar at the pool was also great and had good service and drinks. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking at visiting Phuket, Pa Tong is a great town.
