The service was terrible. I booked accommodation for my family and made a special request to check in at 9 am, which the hotel agreed to. However, on the day of check-in, the staff said it wasn't possible and that check-in was at 2 pm. In my opinion, if there was proof that the hotel had agreed to the 9 am request, the room should have been cleaned at that time, not just told us to check in at 2 pm. Or, if early check-in wasn't possible, they shouldn't have agreed to the request in the first place.

The accommodation is next to a shopping mall, the atmosphere is nice and quiet, and the reception staff were very helpful.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and convenient with washing machine and dryer available.

My guest staying at the Pride liked the place, physically. The hotel met the standard for the price. However, what bothered her was the key deposit money. The hotel collected 1,000 Bht. For the key deposit per room. She had to pay 3,000 Bht. She was not happy with that because the cost of the room has been prepaid. We tried to understand that when the hotel collect the money for the key is because they're afraid that if the guest lose the key they will not be able to get the fine fee from the guest. I call this 'trust issue'. I myself used to stay in so many hotels in the past 30 years, never once I had to pay for the key deposit. Of course we get the money back after returning the key, but 1000 Bht per key per room is just too much of a cost of trust. Maybe this has been a new trend in the hotel industry at this market level? This is the reason I gave 2 points. I wish to give 1 but I may seem to be too harsh. However, we will not go back to this hotel.

ที่นอนไม่สะอาดเปิดผ้าห่มมาเห็นคราบเหลืเป็นดวงวงกว้าง กว่าจะมาเปิดที่นอนเข้าพักก็ดึกแล้วเลยไม่ได้แจ้งทางโรงแรม ตอนเช้ามาแจ้งทางโรงแรมให้แม่บ้านเข้าไปดู ก็แจ้งกลับมาแค่ว่าผ้าปูไม่ได้เลอะเลอะแต่ผ้ารองกันเปื้อนที่ซักไม่ได้ แต่เห็นจนทะลุผ้าปูขึ้นมาก็น่าเกลียดเกินไปนะคะ กลางคืนไม่กล้านอนเลยต้องนอนทับผ้าห่มอีกที ทางโรงแรมไม่ได้รับผิดชอบอะไรให้ ไม่ได้ถ่ายรูปไว้เพราะตามจริงไม่ได้คิดว่าจะเอาเรื่องอะไรท่าทางโรงแรม รับผิดชอบหรือขอโทษที่ดีกว่านี้ เรามาแจ้งตอนเช็คเอาท์แล้ว

ห้องพักกว้างขวางดีมากค่ะ สะอาด แต่ติดที่ห้องน้ำไม่มีกระดาษทิชชู่ให้และเก้าอี้ในห้องน่าจะมี 2 ตัวค่ะ เพราะเวลากินอะไรลำบาก วิวระเบียงด้านนอกดีมาก อากาศดีค่ะ ไม่มีมลพิษ ไม่มีเสียงรถให้รบกวนระบบปลอดภัยดีมาก

Quiet nice environment. Room has no dark drapes. At sunrise, the whole room brightens up. Couldn't have a nice sleep.
