Nicht wirklich zu empfehlen ... Bauarbeiten im Hotel ab7uhr Klimaanlage ist viel zu laut ... ohne sie Auszuschalten ist nicht ans schlafen zu denken ... das sauberste Hotel ist es auch nicht gerade ... ich würde gerne nach der 1 Nacht wieder abreisen ...

When I check in, I was shock when the reception tell me I click the hotel just for one guest so I have to pay for one more guest. As we know, the price for 1 or 2 guest is the same, so I not notice I choose for 1 guest. I contact agent to solve the problem with a small amount of money. So next time be sure to input it right. The hotel is not at beach side like in the photo. It’s just beachfront. Location is strategic next to restaurant etc... breakfast is nice. Recommend.

Booking Deluxe says that there is a window But can stay in the room without windows Musty smell first room, move The staff moved, but the room was a little stale. But had to rest because the staff informed that the whole room was full As for the room with windows, the office informed that they would be able to move on the 3rd day, losing a lot of feelings for the first two days If you want a room without windows, why book a room that is more expensive? Good service staff Breakfast is good, location is good, but will go to stay again.

My experience of staying at the Royal Palm is very satisfying. From cleaning services, facilities, to good food. But unfortunately there are no windows in the room so it seems a little tight, and can't see the outside view, maybe because the location is already very crowded. But being able to go to the corridor window can see the beach directly, the hotel is recommended

Good place to stay, clean, comfortable, good quality breakfast The staff were also good service. I only forgot to arrange the breakfast box in the morning before check out. Even after being notified since the check-in There are also documents to be filled out before the check-out date has been stated. But there is no meaning at all. Staff forget, without any responsibility at all Therefore quite feeling bad
