Clean hotel, near BTS MRT and bus lines. Almost 7/11. Next to it is a money exchange counter and a foot massage shop. 2-300m away is Patpong night market. Breakfast is available, the food is okay. Staff speaks English OK.

I give honest reviews, the hotel deserve a 7 star.The rooms are very outdated, thai traditional look.Bathroom needs to be modern, the lighting is so poor that for male clients its very hard to see to shave.I give a 10 stars for the staff that cleans the room, the rooms are cleaned beautifully.The breakfast area is beautiful and has breakfast for everyone it derserves a 10 star.
The tv in the rooms has more thai channels which is strange for tourist, they need to have more english movies channels.
One of the manager , the day manager is not to friendly.The bald manager is awesome and provides good customer service.The outdoor staff is also very attentive to your needs. I have stayed here twice and will definately stay again because it is conviently located to everything.

Siam Heritage is a pretty good budget hotel in a prime location of the Silom area. The entire staff was very friendly and provided good service. I also enjoyed their breakfast buffet in the morning.

First of all, the location is great. Also, for an old hotel, security is good. Depending on the room, the large and deep bathtub is also one of the attractions for Japanese people. I think I'll stay there again next time.

My 2nd stay here. One of the reasons I stayed here again was because a few months ago when I stayed I was able to order a Thai dish off the menu from the restaurant downstairs during breakfast but it seems that they no longer have that option.
However, the rooms are spacious and quiet although a bit dated. I still enjoyed my stay but may not stay in the future due to the change in the breakfast menu.

I was anxious because I don't speak the language and don't know many customs. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the bellman, went out of their way to be helpful and make me feel comfortable. I have found my home away from home in Bangkok.

Ideal location for nightlife-amateurs, because right next to Patpong. Rooftop-garden is amazingly quiet and relaxing. Rooms are convenient and clean. Reception-employee was none too friendly and even managed to send me to the wrong busstation. Luckily I double-checked and avoided a very costly mistake. There's always an older gentleman present who is eager to carry your luggage even for only 5 meters and expects a handsome tip doing so.
