The Surin Phuket

This resort was absolutely amazing! When we arrived I was not feeling well from something I ate in the plane and they helped me get a dr to my villa and took exceptional care of me! The views and the staff were spectacular! The food was fantastic and there were many options to chose from, all around this was the best place we stayed on our Southeast Asia vacation.

The locale and amenities were top flight, as expected, but the service was beyond exceptional, just the best.

The Surin looked beautiful on their page and it lived up to the images. Beautiful well maintained rooms and ammenities. Amazing food. Views to die for. Lovely staff.

The property is facing the sea and each cottage has sea views. The sun set in the evening is spectacular. The room has all that we needed and hearing the sea weaves is very therapeutic and soothing.

We reserved a beach suite. Firstly, I disagree that the room is a suite, it is a room with separate dressing area only. Secondly, the quality of the room is absolutely nowhere close to being appropriate to the cost. We paid in excess of GBP1,100 per night and the overall quality of the room is way, way below that level.

I loved it

This is an amazing property, private beach, great room that are very well appointed, excellent service all perfect for quite relaxing just not much to immediately around the area, need to drive to go to other restaurants ! But will definitely be back !

A gorgeous resort tucked away in a private cove on a pretty part of the Phuket coastline. The rooms are individual cottages that are nicely designed and stylishly furnished. The staff and service are top level - professional and well trained. They could not have been nicer to us and the stay was very memorable.

LOVE IT! best place ever

EXCELLENT! The Surin does not miss a thing. Every little detail from the beach bags, hats. The pillow menu. It was all just divine. Each and every staff member who served us was so kind. The pool is just gorgeous and the right depth. The sun beds were so comfortable, the beach- the cleanest you’ll find in Phuket. My partner and I dined at the beach restaurant and tried the degustation and every dish was delicious and balanced. The place does have stairs so guessing if you were needing wheelchair access it would not suit you. But we did travel with our one year old and had no issues around the property as the carts are always available to transport you where you need to go. We would come back in a heart beat and am already dreaming of it. Thankyou Surin for an unforgettable experience.

We absolutely loved the Surin. The design and location of the hotel are stunning, and the property is a peaceful oasis. The staff were all friendly, helpful and professional. I wish we could have stayed longer and can’t wait to return!
