The room was spacious and had everything you need, it could do with a coat of paint as some of the walls were dirty . The outlook was ugly and at night dreadfully noisy from the bars.
The sister hotel next door where you can swim has a very nice bar with a beautiful outlook.

This property was just gross. Old, dated and dirty rooms. The club next floor blasts music until 2am. No hot water, which was fine because the shower was so gross I wouldn’t touch it. Luckily we only stayed 1 night. Just avoid.

The hotel itself was fine for the money I paid, its location is really why I chose it and that worke dout fine. The service however was terrible, I was very surprised how rude the staff were, epecially the front-desk lady. Breakfast had some good things like eggs and fruit, but the coffee and juices were undrinkable. Overall this palce isok to stay for 1-2 days for its proximity to the beach and ferry ports, but there are better options in the area.

The rooms were spacious but the bathrooms were a bit small, no microwave in the room, and the beds were harder than we are used to. The water pressure was great and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was wonderful as was the staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and dining. The location was fabulous - a few blocks from the beach and beach road. Plenty of restaurants and stores to choose from.

This hotel was such an amazing property to stay at in Krabi! It was in a great location, walking distance to beach with tons of restaurants and shops around. The cafe inside the hotel was phenomenal, we ate here almost every day. The breakfast included was a huge plus!

Everything would have been perfect except for the noise of a pub club playing disco music until 1~2am. You can wear your earplugs (which are free, by the way), but the low-pitched sounds will still resonate through your bones. Great staff, perfectly fine buffet breakfast, very clean.

This place was amazing! Rooms were very spacious and clean. Very close to everything you’ll need, food, shopping, bars, 711, etc.. would recommend getting the breakfast option because I didn’t and ended up just paying for it because it smelled so good! Would recommend 10/10!

Spacious room, with adequate facilities. We had a hot water issues that was fixed quickly. The bed was comfortable. The room overall is clean and good value, though could use more places for putting away clothing. The room curtains are not blackout so if you're a night owl, bring a sleep mask.

Very clean, good size rooms close to the ocean and the Main Street in Oa Nang, great location. Rooms a little dated, could use a bit of a makeover, but again, very clean. Our Included breakfast was great.

My room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet was very good, and the hotel is next door to the dive-shop with whom I went diving. It was also EXTREMELY convenient to the "Soi RCA" beer-bar complex ... a little TOO convenient, when the music was rockin' and I wanted some sleep! (Oh well, that's why Flents makes earplugs.)
One amusing note -- I asked for a king-bed room, and they made it by shoving together the twin beds normally used in this room. You could see it by the "headboards" built into the wall above the beds....

The location is excellent. Only 5 min walk to the beach. All the staff was very friendly and helpful especially Dida who assisted us in moving to another room because of the noise from the bars adjacent to the hotel. Housekeeping was quick and efficient and the restaurant staff was polite and friendly. The only drawback is the noise from the bars. Suggest staying at the back and or top floor of the hotel to minimise the noise.

Nice hotel, spacious rooms, friendly staff. Big advantage is the option to use the pool facilities at Peace Laguna Hotel. Good variety of food at breakfast, however the room is too small and it gets crowded(perhaps extending the hours until 11am would help). The biggest let down for me was the fact that a family room which I booked didn’t have any balcony or patio, just a bit outside area to dry wet clothes. On this occasion I found the description of the hotel (‘all rooms have balcony or patio’) misleading. Another thing I didn’t like is that hotel is trying to bribe the guests with a gift if they leave them a good review on TA.

great stay. its my second stay at Verandah. close to all amineties and can use the gym at Peace Laguna Hotel just down the road.
massage across opposite the hotel Aonang Massage was good and cheap.
i will definitely stay here again.
