Town Square Suites by Toscana Valley

Bfast was below my expectation and the wait staff was playing phone , ignore the guests. LOL, first time to see a trainee play with her phone while working, and not paying attention to the guests. They were nice but the service was low quality. Room was amazing, even though it was kind of old. Rain shower was leaking, and you need to improve the cleanliness. Upon entering to the room, the minibar was leaking, stain in the bed sheet. Shower amenity was excellent!

It was wonderful, the room, the food, the activity. It was so fun, we can enjoy riding a bike. Also, the view is so good. The view in the pool is also so beautiful. Would like to be back.

The hotel staff was very nice and friendly and helpful at check in and check out.

- The place in the hotel is very beautiful. The atmosphere is good and well taken care of. Very romantic. - Breakfast would be very good if there was a variety of choice stations. The staff cooked the food a bit slowly. I want the taste to be as delicious as when eating in the same restaurant for lunch and dinner. - The big bed should not be 2 beds connected together because it will make a gap. I recommend a King size, it will be very good. - The staff who serve in the hotel are well trained. The younger ones are very cute. - Contacting the hotel by phone is quite difficult. Calling often, no one answers the phone.

The staff is very enthusiastic. I find the food to my taste. The scenery is not as excellent as in the video. Overall, it's okay. The room facilities are very good. There are many free items for guests.

Beautiful scenery. Nice weather. The only problem is I booked the Valley View room, but its a trap. We couldn't see the valey from our room. Next time I'll book the mountain view room.

I give 9.9 out of 10 for this place because this place is really worth the price tag. Keep reading, I will tell you why. 1. Environment. They create European style & environment in Khao Yai. I am going there with my husband & parent. So you can consider as double honeymoon / family vacation. I feel so peaceful in here and love the scenery that I got. 2. Room. Bed with sofa for "standard room" rate? I may say "ok", but when I get big bed with huge sofa, nice toilet plus dining room? come on, It's awesome! 3. Scenery. Picture speaks thousand words. Just see the picture that I upload. I suggest you to rent bike for 5km ride around their whole facilities. Every inches is instagramable. You definitely will have perfect pictures for your sosmed feeds. 4. Breakfast. They serve salads, fruit, croissant, some bread, 6-7 variant of Thai food, variant of eggs. There is someone who standby to make latte / hot chocolate by your order (nice!). Whether are you vegetarian / carnivore (like me), you will be well-feed here. But, for your information, this is not a halal restaurant. 5. Dinner option. There are 4 / 5 different restaurant that you can choose. No need car, just walk while enjoy night view 6. Swimming pool. Best part of all. Enjoy water-life with breath-taking views. 7. Playground. Do you bring your kids? Nice! They have large outdoor playground. 8. Hotel staff. I am not really have interaction with hotel staff, but we don't find any problem to communicate with them. The reason why I didn't give 10 is: Internet. To be honest, the Wifi in the room is not strong enough. It is getting stronger if we are outside the room. They need to improve this. As we are here for vacation, it doesn't bother for me. But, for someone who need internet for social media, maybe it will be. After all, we do really enjoy our stay here. And will back again.
