Tower Club at lebua

Just not willing to work on a solution! After having a Visa problem in Vietnam I reached out to the hotel asking them to change the dates by one week. One would not think this was a very big ask? I went online and there is plenty of availability for the dates I needed. The hotel was just completely uncooperative about changing the dates even with a change fee and documents showing the delay. I guess when you are a well known big hotel customer service is not a necessity. I didn't get a chance to stay there so I can't comment on the hotel grounds, but I can say the customer service is horrendous.

Property was beautiful, staff attentive. Only complaint was prior to arriving ordering a pick up from the hotel was impossible as their payment system was not working and there was no flexibility from the hotels end. They would not pick us up at airport and allow us to pay at hotel, even though it was their system not allowing the payment to go through. Tried 5 times with communication to hotel, they just kept telling us to try again which is not the answer. We took a taxi.

I was told I would receive two complementary drinks and access to anything in the mini bar .... no drinks and mini bar was empty in my room. Also unfortunately the doors slam really loud on the floor I was on and could hear doors closing all night as guest came and went. Great hotel but attention to detail a little more would have been nice .

Great staff. The staff is top notch.

This hotel will wow you and make you happy however i have to hold off giving a full 5 stars. Does this deserve 5 stars maybe in another city but fierce 5 star competition in its price point shows this classic Bangkok is almost due for an upgrade service will make up for any wear and tear seen.

The tower club lounge was amazing!

Outdated rooms. Old furniture in the room and old fixtures in the bathroom. Kitchen in the suite not fully functional. Not worth the cost. Lounge food was average.

As a long-time visitor, the awesome venue has been my go-to for years, and I can confidently say that my latest stay was, without a doubt, the absolute best experience I've ever had. My friends and I descended upon Bangkok, eager for a luxurious city escape, and what better way to do it than in the legendary Hangover Suite? From the moment we stepped out of our transport, the check-in service was nothing short of sublime – seamless, personalized, and with that signature Lebua warmth that makes you feel instantly at home. Every single aspect of our stay was exceptional. The executive lounge was a haven of tranquility and indulgence, perfect for an afternoon catching up with our friends. Breakfast – a truly outstanding spread that set us up perfectly for our adventure the next day. Some of the magic of Lebua, for me, has always been the Sky Bar. Perched high above the a few Hangover-tinis….. yes please! Crafted with flair and served with a smile. What truly blew me away this trip, however, was the staffing and service. Having seen Lebua evolve over the years, I can honestly say that the team currently on duty is the most attentive, professional, and genuinely delightful group I've ever encountered here. Lovely hotel, lovely staff, great facilities. The suites are beautiful and the lounge access was a bonus. We would definitely recommend staying here if you visit Bangkok. We will stay again if we ever return to the city

Overall really good and very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms look like they need a bit of updating and many light switches in our room didn’t do anything.

One of the best on my list! Amazing 3 bedroom suite we had. The staff are incredibly professional yet friendly. Highly recomended.

This hotel is tired and in desperate need of renovation. Staff need to be better trained and equipped with better customer service skills. For example when a guest enters an elevator they should go first

Staff is excellent. Hotel needs major upgrade. My family and I stayed in a suite but toilets, shower, furnitures are really old. Mildew on tiles in shower not cleaned properly. View is superb but doesn’t compare to the room. Elevators and hallway in our suite floor are hot and smells.

I had a wonderful stay. Every staff member gave excellent service. The room was beautiful. Only small issue with not being able to lock bathroom door but other than that, everything was lovely.

My stay was great. Unfortunately the hotel still has not released the pre authorized security deposit and it has been 20 days. We paid our balance in full and had no charges so there is no explanation as to why they have not released the hold.
