Initially, we had a room with a deep tub with shower, which we found difficult to get in and out of. The hotel was very accommodating and gave us another room with a shower only, which was much easier to use. The room was very clean, and well laid out.
The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Ahead of our visit to Bangkok, we booked, through the hotel, a private car for pickup at the airport when we arrived and a car again to the airport for our departure. We also arranged, through the hotel, private cars to various locations in Bangkok that we wanted to visit.
The buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. We enjoyed sitting on the pool deck late afternoon, and then dinner in the hotel restaurant.

We had an amazing stay at the tribe hotel. It was the beginning of our honeymoon in Thailand and was an amazing start to our trip. The staff were so polite and helpful!
Location was great, especially when you use the shuttle bus service to get to the BTS train station.
Breakfast buffet was also amazing.
Could not recommend enough!

It is cost effective hotel, everything is good; location, service & tidy room. However, I would suggest the hotel consider to add at least one hook for hanging the used towel in bathroom. For my case, I need move the chair to place the towel on it when bathing.

Nice clean hotel with a huge bathtub which was tricky getting in and out of because of the height.Breakfast was good with nice coffee and selection of juices.Excellent swimming pool on the 5th floor.Hotel shuttle runs every hour to the train station which was very accommodating.Hotel is in a good nice location but not many restaurants around.

The hotel is clean and staff were topnotch! We had an early morning arrival and the hotel was able to accomodate an early check in. The room was great and amenities were excellent. If you're the type of traveler that workout during vacation then you're definitely in luck because their gym was superb. Definitely highly recommend and would stay again when I'm back in Bangkok.

Highly recommend. Clean! Located in Sukhumvit district, very safe and close to the mall and local restaurants. The staff, massage services and restaurants were great. Max, the manager, was so kind in assisting with car issues and had great travel suggestions for Thailand.

Staff were very nice , the property is beautifuly landscaped, food was good but limited , my room had a mosquito infested bathroom, they had to spray insecticide while I was staying in the room.. I found it toxic after they sprayed the room , they should have changed my room … 3 star out of 5 ..
