Price 900 + / night is not suitable. Room, bed sheets, do not change toilet paper, no booking counter 580 by oneself.

The hotel is located far from the center of Chiangmai, so you cannot just walk to get to the markets and temples. I used GrabTaxi app to take a car (like Uber) because it’s cheaper, it will cost around 70 baht to reach the old town.
The room is not so clean, it has bedbugs, but in general it was okay for this price. There is a buffet breakfast with variety of food like toasts, rice, Thai style curry, vegetables, etc., but I couldn’t eat fruits because they weren’t covered with anything, except for the flies.
All in all, if you’re trying to save and pick this hotel for that reason, you’ll spend more money for taxi and tuk-tuk anyway, so it’s up to you.

Good price Breakfast is a Thai buffet. Good variety That is really unrealized. Rooms do not keep sound. Heard people walking outside is ok overall.

Check in very slowly, 2 times postponed because of unfinished cleaning. Really check in at 5:00 pm (first come at 2.30 pm), then it's okay. Suitable for price
