They indicated they strive for 10 out of 10 and they achieved it. They made great efforts to make sure everything was perfect, which it was. Breakfast is amazing.

Great room, but needs International Power plug points for guests to use. Gym a good size, Sip & Co tasty, along with the Korean/Western breakfast

Loved the hotel! Very clean and spacious room, great pool area on the 18th floor and good restaurant.

Stayed 2 nights at Sindhorn Midtown Hotel. Excellent service at the reception and Bangkok 78 coffee house. Good breakfast with wide variety of salad, noodles, hot food and bread. Will certainly stay at this hotel on my next visit to Bangkok

nice hotel close to Rama Rd

The hotel is very nice and located in a stunning area of ​​Bangkok. The bed was huge and the room was arranged in a comfortable and pleasant way. Unfortunately, the shower room and toilet were not clean enough upon entering. Even when I told different people at the reception , there was no change. The staff was actually helpful, but they were not interested in this matter.

Clean, quiet, in walking distance to nearby shopping centers. Good breakfast options catering for Asian and Western food. I would stay again in the hotel.

My husband stay 5 days at Sindhorn Midtown and had the best experience. The hotel was walking distance to Centralworld and the Embassy. It's location is pretty close to most popular tourist attractions with tons of food options walking distance near by. The pool was top notch but it can a little busy in the afternoon but you can usually find a bed. There was also a 7/11 outside the hotel for any necessities that weren't available at the hotel. Overall very happy with our stay! Looking forward to staying here again in the near future!!

The hotel is really nice, pretty new, well located, quiet with a 7-Eleven and places to eat nearby, and the breakfast is magnificent, which I think is the highlight of our stay. Facilities are superb; the pool has an incredible view of the city. Special thanks to Naghat at the lobby; he was super, super nice with our 3-year-old son. I don't think it is a 5 star; I understand there are rules that they for sure completed to gain the 5 stars. One not-so negative thing that personally affected our feeling of being welcome was that I required pick up service from the airport to the hotel, and I was told this has to be booked 2 days in advance, ok, rules are rules, has nothing to do with the people probably at the front desk in a particular day, but to my eyes a 5 stars hotel must be available to book a car anytime for their guests and not only with 2 days in advance. And second, I booked a special package of a tent and toys for my son in the room for our arrival and had a surprise for him, but they did not follow my confirmation and waited till I reconfirmed at arrival, which means the surprise was not ready when we arrived but only the next day. He loved it anyway, but in our hearts, we felt a little bad about this. Overall, great hotel, and this is just a personal appreciation; I recommend the hotel absolutely. In terms of infrastructure, there are no low points at all.

Service was very good and people waa friendly. We was there at the earthquake and all was safety. Tha bar and pool was very cool and clean and also the rooftop bar. The room is big and you have all what you need. We was there for 4 days before we travel again to Ko Samui. The only negative point was the airconditioner - it was always realy cold.

I stayed at this beautiful hotel more than once before and it’s always been an amazing experience. This last time was just a little confusing. They booked me in a different building and I had to go to the main building to access gym and pool which made it inconvenient. I didn’t like that very much. The room at this sister building are amazing and clean so the only issue is that I wasn’t aware I was being booked at this building and I had go through so much to access amenities which was the main reason why I decided to book this hotel to begin with.

A fantastic hotel, rooms are very new and fresh. I loved that they had a washer dryer in unit too.

Great stay

Room is spacious, but our room is only make up in the late afternoon. Probably due to lack of manpower. The breakfast was average. The nicest dish was the noodle station.
