Would have been nice with a dinner option at hotel

Money value. First class swimming pool.

I usually stay at another similar hotel next door, but thought I would try this one for a few days. Nice size room but very sparsely furnished. But found ladies hair all over it, so it had not been cleaned thoroughly. Shower pressure was awful and had to ask for the shower head to be replaced. It was mounted at chest height, so had to crouch to get under it to wash my hair. Mattress was lumpy. No kettle or hair dryer in the room. On the plus side, there is a nice swimming pool, internet speed was excellent and staff very friendly. The price was reasonable for a hotel in a good location and included breakfast, although the selection was very basic. Whilst I would not rule out staying there again, I would prefer to stay at the other hotel, which has been my favourite for over ten years.

This hotel is aging badly. Breakfast was the worst I have every experienced in any hotel anywhere. I'll never go back.

For the price given i would say not really fair but it was ok never the less.

Not clean, uncomfortable beds, not safe,not to have an access to my documents after 11 pm till 7 am. We had to leave the property and get another hotel

Need to change all pool furniture all old and broken and need pool service for drinks no one offers

Location is good., but breakfast average, room condition average, worst is staff didn't mention the free water bottle cannot be throw must 1 to 1 exchange for new. End up I have paid 30bath for missing 1 bottle as throw in the rusbbin bin but they say didn't find it.

Except for the very nice housekeeping staff, the receptionists and breakfast dining room staff were unfriendly robots.

Staff dont speak English properly. Not welcoming. Unfriendly and indifferent attitude towards the guests. Cleaning staff is rude.

Old dirty otel,hostels are much organized and clener.the best thing was swimming pool.ıf ı were them definetly wont provide breakfast.it will be better that way

Not to bad

Breakfast was poor, basically rice, noodles or Hot dog sausages. Great location 10 minute walk each way to Walking St, Beach or Soi Metro. Staff were friendly and helpful. The toiletries in bathroom were just little sachets, so had to go out and buy shower gel. Really frustrating that they wanted an extra 200 baht for any extra guests each night, considering it’s in Pattaya.

The hotel really needs a revamp, the room I was in had broken floor tiles & the sink plug didn’t work. The shower curtain had mould on it & only 3 of the 4 room walls had been painted ? At breakfast there was always Reserved tables but never anyone using them ? The public Reception areas air conditioning was mostly turned off during the day. The staff were nice enough, but I won’t be staying at this hotel again until it gets a make over & freshened up.

The location i like. The bath tub was old and look dirty because can see a lot of stain.

I stayed for nearly a month and my adult children a week. The WIFI on floor 8 doesn't work unless you stand at the doorway. They were moved 3 times due to broken shower heads, wifi and water being sprayed on the light above. I stayed where I was for the entire time, shower head had been taped. The cleaning staff were great. Reception took a bit to get them to smile but they do it tough with many grumpy tourists yelling at them. They were great after I got to know them. It really is great value and in a fantastic spot but the food, OMG, dreadful. About 2 weeks in I complained the eggs have a skin on the yolk because they had been cooked so long ago and they were cold. They replaced these with eggs that had uncooked white around them then every other day old eggs again. The waiters often played on their phone rather than pick the plates up, or they picked your coffee up because you went for food then you had to make sure they didn't pick your food up when you went to replace the coffee. NO speak english any of them, that's fine I don't speak Thai but really, in a service industry surely one could. Anyway the salad supplied had a mayo that had a crust just like the eggs, mostly the food was cold, boring and old. Their one saving grace was the Thai food and if you got it hot was delicious. I would stay again but question what floor the disgusting old men were staying on, as they had Sex workers screaming in the halls around 3am most nights.

Inside the hotel restaurant flies landed on plates and foods staff was sometimes rude internet was slow there was not cheese or butter for breakfast once I asked them to wake me up they didn’t

The hotel is a beautiful building and not far from beach
