We included this stay amongst a number of stops on a trip throughout Jordan. We were really excited to stay and experience the Dead Sea. In my honest opinion the hotel is poor value for money. Whilst the room was lovely anything extra was not included.
With regards to the food, we experienced terrible service at the beach lounge. Our waiter was rude and not particularly helpful. Our order had been forgotten about and we had to ask twice about the drinks and ask where the food was after a long wait. We were asked to move so someone else could eat where we were waiting for 30mins. The portions were tiny and extremely overpriced.
Dinner was unlike anything we have experienced on holiday before. The dining hall was busy and full of crying children or children who were not supervised/running around whilst we were trying to eat when we went for dinner at 9pm. A lot of the hot food was cold in serving dishes. Unsupervised children were putting their hands in the chocolate fountain helping themselves whatever they could reach leaving half eaten bits of food on the counters. We tried to give feedback to the food and beverage manager but he was not on shift and there was no follow up.
We had lovely experiences in the spa but you need to pay extra to use this facility. Our spa therapists were Emma and Aisa. I’m glad we paid extra for the use of the spa because the other pools were so busy and full.
Breakfast was great and a lot calmer as we went quite early. Elizabeth was great

Stayed for five nights in January first time experiencing the Dead Sea in winter. Our stay was extremely pleasant and relaxing. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is really good with many choices. The staff is very welcoming professional and puts one at ease.The restaurant offer high quality cuisine. The spa is great for pampering one self. The landscape of the hotel property is really beautiful and meshes so seamlessly with the surrounding topography.

Welcoming staff, nice clean rooms, great territory with food and small houses for cats 😻tasty breakfast buffet with lot of vegetables. Room service options are limited and not exactly as appear on the menu; in general not too many dining options except open evening buffet but you can walk to nearby places. Gorgeous heated swimming pools, really warm and clean. Amazing Zara spa with good but not cheap treatments and lovely facilities. We come here every year in December to enjoy warm weather😍
