Hotel Saheb Ettabaa

It was the worst experience ever had during my stay at this terrible hotel , zero hygiene , smell all around the property, i had to stay at least 20 minutes to be accommodated , sheets , covers were so smelly!! I knew the prices were ok but the property shouldn’t be that dirty and smelly.. the breakfast price was added to the total cost .. but absolutely rubbish as everything was ready made … i would have had a better breakfast elsewhere with that price .. avoid avoid .

I really don’t recommend it,you can’t even take a shower like Human being, the shower hoses and the internal lock doors are broken not clean as well.

The worse hotel we have ever had, first room that we were given was so filthy so we had to change with slightly better one . We booked half board but they don’t have proper kitchen so you don’t get no lunch or dinner and breakfast you have to eat whatever they give you in a tray that is glass of juice, milk and a muffin. There was maintenance work going on and it’s so noisy. All in all very poor won’t recommend to anyone.

Everything so bad

Realy like the staff, the place was very clean. The windows ar not best insulated, that is the front facing the main street, but i did mention it to the staff and they said they will try to resolve it, but i still head not problem with it as much. Deffinetly recommend it

It was fair for the price

This hotel had the potential to be something much more than it is, but it was left on the momentum to a degree when things just don't look that well. Cleanliness was decent, but on the floor and in the bathroom. I wish they put the same effort on the bed. Sheets were not ironed, not too new, didn't even smell like new and clean enough (even though I believe they were). Also a lot of poor maintenance (and maybe even engineering) in the bathroom - the water pump gives high pressure for 5 seconds, then pressure drops to zero in the next 5 seconds, and then everything starts over. Not the best way to take a shower, but for a few days it's livable. The location of the hotel is not bad - there is a metro station less than 5 minutes away, you can easily catch a taxi on the boulevard in front, and the city center is about 15 minutes away - both by car or metro. Airport is 11 km away, which is also quite good. But being on the busy boulevard, the hotel is kind of noisy, except for a few hours at night. Rooms are not noise proof at all, so if you have neighbours that like the TV volume a little up, you will hear it as if they are in your room. If I have to say something good as well... they didn't say a thing about me checking in at 11am, even though officially check-in starts at 2pm. Staff was friendly too, but housekeeping is a bit unpredictable - both in the times they come, and in the service you will get. One day they took away the beautiful rug I had on the floor in the corridor.

The property was not clean and no air conditioning in the room, the toilet is very old and unclean, i was very very disappointed

Friendly staff, good service with fantastic coffee. Easy to reach.

The location very bad

It is not ok with price but it is ok as the location is not fair

No good services, breakfast is very disgusting.. No fresh food.. Surprisingly me there are too many guests why they couldnt provide a good services

Very unpleasant, my wife and kids were scared. The bathroom flooded, no hot water, staff was impolite.

Service was great and the price reasonable, but the tram runs directly in front of the hotel. We recommend choosing a room on back side of the hotel. Likewise, the parking garage is tricky.

Un bel hotel

I arrived late at night. Yet still welcomed with such positive energy from the staff. They even offered me a free bottle of water which was very needed at the time. The staff only took about 10 minutes to find and show me my room. A clean and quiet room on the 1st floor. Bathroom was clean and came with a nice perfumed soap. Only one thing wrong, both the sheets on the bed and towels in the bathroom were not clean. I was so tired that i slept on the floor as so many tunisians do. Thank you.

Ilnya pas peitit déjeuner la télé sa marche pas ilnya pas chauffage dans la chambre la vue de chambre dans une chambre en travaux cest la première fois je vois ma fenêtre sa souvre dans une ube autre chambre en construction

une situation inédite avec cet hôtel qui propose une formule tout inclus mais n'a pas de restaurant il ramené de la nourriture des fast foot avoisinant travaux pendant le séjour pb de chauffage et j'en passe une vrai arnaque surtout ne pas réservé ici.

Nous avons réservé sur Expedition hôtel, mais le problème qu'il a eu quand je suis arrivé sur place déjà le parking qui disent qu'ils ont un garage sous-sol. Le véhicule ne rentre pas. Ils m'ont dit de garer ma voiture sur le l'arrêt de tram et le tram qui klaxonnent tous les deux minutes puis on est monté dans les chambres première chambre même pas deux minutes on y ressort puis ils nous ont proposé trois chambres mais les trois chambres étaient plus sale que l'autre en plus sale que l'autre, j'ai fait appel au service client Expedia, ils m'ont proposé de m'héberger le lendemain dans un suite Moi je pouvais pas attendre donc je lui ai demandé de changer les draps au moins parce que c'était vraiment sale et poigner cassés tout ça allez pis c'est inaccessible ils m'ont dit il faut payer un supplément pour changer les draps et tout c'est pour ça que j'ai annulé tout suite le soir même je suis reparti à un autre hôtel mais franchement c'est le catastrophe à fur à fur à fur. C'est un hôtel absolument. Je conseille pas les personnes qui vont séjourner là-bas .

le séjour a été désastreux. J'ai payé pour une chambre double et j'ai reçu la plus petite chambre jamais vue, ils ont dit qu'ils me demanderaient d'emménager dans la chambre double dans quelques minutes mais ils ne l'ont pas fait et ils m'ont même ignoré lorsque j'ai posé des questions à ce sujet. La petite chambre qu'ils m'ont donnée était dégoûtante et elle n'était visiblement pas nettoyée, il y avait des traces d'anciens clients dans les toilettes. et ils ont dit qu'ils viendraient le nettoyer, mais ils ne l'ont jamais fait. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas et l'oreiller et les draps étaient tachés et étaient visiblement dégoûtants et usés. J'ai dû appeler 4 fois pour obtenir de nouveaux draps. Ajoutez à cela que l'hôtel était juste au-dessus d'une salle de mariage et que vous pouviez tout entendre depuis votre chambre. Le personnel de l'hôtel était désagréable et désorganisé. J'avais hâte de partir demain matin. Je suis parti avant midi et j'ai demandé à l'agent Expedia le remboursement pour le reste de mon séjour (2 nuits). l'hôtel a refusé et n'a remboursé qu'une nuit. Je suppose que le personnel n'a pas enregistré mon départ à ce moment-là !!! elle a juste pris la clé et a dit au revoir !!!! C'était de loin la pire expérience que j'ai eue dans un hôtel (et j'ai eu de mauvaises expériences). Je suis tellement furieux que je peux y aller et provoquer une bagarre, mais tout le personnel a l'air tellement gansgta. N'Y ALLEZ PAS, vous avez été prévenu
