Nice experience in a great big room for a family of 4. Rooftop restaurant was great. Shower needed a little repair, and a bit odd to not have AC working in room. Hard to only use bottled water as water stations are so easy to provide for fresh water. Disappointed that the fitness center did not offer water stations to re-fill water.

It’s an ok hotel for a short trip to Konya. The mevlana tomb is about ten minutes away by taxi.
The food options are not that great and you should plan your time around their restaurant hours which were misleading. The front office thought their ON8 restaurant was to open at 12pm whereas it never did until after 12:30pm. So it can waste time if the timings are not clear. Overall good value for the money but nothing upscale about this property.

I really liked this hotel however the reception staff spoke hardly any English and communication was not great
The only two receptionist that were very helpful were Fathin and Sanye
There were no excursions available so find your own.
No buses or train run to city centre so I had to keep catching a cab all the time.
On the plus side they have a swimming and hamman for females only which is brilliant
The continental buffet is wicked I loved it
The rooms are big and spacious and the beds are really comfortable.

Likely the best hotel in Konya. We had a family suite, enough room for 5 people, 2 bathrooms, 3 beds. The hotel had a bball court, ping pong table, pool, sauna, hamaam, gym, etc. Lots to do to stay entertained. The breakfast was solid, with the staff very helpful at breakfast.
The location is about 10 min drive from Mevlana Rumi which is the primary reason people come to Konya, so keep that in mind, you'll need a car or taxi to get back and fourth.

The hotel was paid for online yet they insisted on me paying again on check in. I refused and evidenced I paid. Receptionist eventually gave in. The hotel was almost in complete darkness. Lights limited. I had asked for a room high up and got 4th floor room 408. The room linen had holes in it the basin tap had the combination of hot/cold the wrong way around. I was charged 100 TL for the breakfast but had paid in the rate. I ordered room service but it was foul. Breakfast finished 10.30 but by 10 was told it was finished. Housekeeping knocks on door often despite do not disturb sign. The hotel and rooms in need of repair. I was grateful I only had 2 nights there, never again!

We stayed one night in this amazing hotel in Konya. This hotel gives us proper 5 star feeling with valet parking. Room were very large with two bathrooms. Room was connected to a terrace with a great view.
