This was our third stay at this hotel near Osmanbey metro station. We were there for three nights. We like this hotel because it's very clean, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast options are very good. The location is excellent and there are lots of shops nearby. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, clean and has great facilities. Sauna is very good, got cold water bucket as well which is a bonus. Decent size pool, not too crowded.

My Review of the Hotel Stay:
The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient—definitely one of its best features. In terms of cleanliness, I would rate it 8 out of 10. The rooms were generally clean and acceptable.
However, I did notice that the front desk staff were not very friendly or helpful. Their attitude felt a bit cold and uncooperative.
Overall, the hotel was very good and a solid choice, especially if location is a top priority.

Her şey mükemmeldi! Yenileme harika olmuş, kahvaltı ise tam anlamıyla dört dörtlüktü. Daha büyük otellere kıyasla çok daha memnun edici bir deneyim yaşadım.
Pek çok otelde konakladım ama buradaki personel gerçekten iyi bir eğitimden geçmiş. Son derece çözüm odaklı ve misafirperverler. Bu bölgeye tekrar gelirsem muhtemelen yine burada kalırım. Ayrıca, otelin birçok noktaya yürüme mesafesinde olması da büyük bir avantaj.

Location is good because there is a metro station opening around.
Door IS card did not work when inserting a slot to turn on electricity of the room. It happened twice. Fortunately, house keeping person and other staff were so kind enough to provide a new card.

First and foremost, the location was AMAZING! The best street ever. It has shopping stores, very affordable, close to malls and wonderful Nisantasi area.
It's in a vibrant area, close to transportation and services.
Hotel staff are very nice and helpful.
