Everything has been good here, except that they do not allow outside food. I have never encountered this restriction in any of my previous stays. You cannot order or buy food from outside; only water and crisps are permitted. Overall, it has been a decent stay.

The receptionist didn't comply with our original booking. My booking was for 2 rooms, 1 guest in each. they checked both guests in one room, and when the claim was raised, they didn't accept their mistake and mentioned "go take your claim to Expedia!" I`ve raised the claim with Expedia and they are also investigating the case. During the stay, another guest was also having similar problem with the hotel and called the police to come and help him to assist with the problem. It seems like this hotel is having a habit of ripping their guests off! I will never make a booking in this hotel ever again and never recommend it to anyone. They are very irresponsible and non supportive! Their prices are on the lower level, but its not worth the hassle.

Customer Service is not up to par. Not many employees speak English - in order to communicate basic needs. Furthermore, Hotel is very old and thus have dirty carpets in the rooms, that have never been cleaned.

Customer service can be much better for a 5 star hotel. Lacks attention to detail, staff offered to do certain things like; put our beds together, provide a wake up call and take our bags down - none of which was done. Didnt feel the check in experience was particularly nice or warm. Oh, and you need to pay a cash only deposit on check which isnt mentioned anywhere.
