Very friendly atmosphere, would definitely come back

I have 0 complaints overall. The food was good. The staff was nice and the activities were fun. I love that there is so much to do for children. My husband and i enjoyed our stay. 10/10 would recommend.

Hotel staff is great. Food choices could be much upgraded, almost there was no any red meat during lunch and dinner except meatball (kofte). The desserts could be much unique, although there was many types served. For such a hotel, the foods could be definitely much better and represent the real Turkish Cuisines

Loved it here. The facilities are amazing and it’s VERY kid/toddler/stroller friendly.

Amazing all inclusive resort for the family

Lack of experience by lazy

If you have ever been to a real 5 Star all inclusive resort you know this place falls quite short of the expectations. From a faulty shower that leaked all over to our bathroom floor and flooded the room, to never refreshing the bed sheets or leaving little things to make the trip extra special, to having the most complicated dinner reservations for their non buffet restaurants that left us frustrated and on the brink of tears from being sent back and forth between guest relations and the host stand, the expectations of coming to this “5 star resort” can come to a halt after your first night there. While overall I wouldn’t say it was a “bad” experience, the level at which I expected swandor to operate fell quite short. There’s plenty of which they need to work on before calling themselves the highest level of service. I wouldn’t come here again but if you’re looking for a semi nice hotel I would say I guess you can come here if there’s really no other better options. Disappointing to say the least but at least I tanned and pet some kitties.

I had a great time during my stay there with my family. Travel to there took about 30 minutes from the airport. Parking felt limited, be sure to ask for help if you can’t find a spot. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. All the staff members I encountered were friendly and eager to help. The amenities were great, and the views from the beach were amazing come sunset. I would say there was a lot of variety for the food. In terms of the taste I could say the buffet food could be better, but there are restaurants you could visit where the quality is improved.

We enjoyed a wonderful week-long family vacation at the resort and were very satisfied with our experience. The property was exceptionally clean, the evening entertainment was delightful, the food was outstanding, and the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. Most staff members were friendly and accommodating, though we found the guest services team to be discourteous, which could be addressed with immediate training. The resort made our stay extra special by offering a complimentary family dinner at one of their à la carte restaurants and a cake for my daughter’s birthday, a thoughtful gesture we greatly appreciated.

The property is good. Clean nice and well kept. Entertainment crew is very nice. They work hard. Also the Cleaning crew is perfect. Keeping the rooms clean. The only thing that needs little improvement is cocktails they need more options when it comes to drinks. Also the Bartenders need more training. There wore some Bartenders great and I order the same drink from different person the drink taste different not good at all. They need to train those ppl little more. Overall I love the place and we had fun.
