Very close to insurance market metro stop, so very convenient for the red line, about 40 minutes from terminal 3, staff at the hotel in all areas were all excellent, had a very comfortable stay, would definitely recommend as a base to explore, good breakfast, very clean, nice large room

WiFi was a little on the slow side. Hotel was a close walk to the station but a long way to pretty much everything else. Even the nearby Emirates mall took a bit of walking to get to around all the construction work.

This was a great little hotel, I would recommend and stay again. I did have one issue when using the pool, we could not move umbrellas or beds to stay in the shade the pool guys were great but somebody had clearly dictated some odd rules the guys had to work to. They were very polite and helpful, clearly not their fault.

Unfortunately the WI-fi was not working for 2 days which put a damper on the trip. But the hotel was gracious enough to compensate when meal vouchers & late check out. The hotel was close & walking distance to the metro so very convenient. Additionally, the room was quite comfortable. Really liked the addition of the drinking water machines within the room.

Carpets are heavily soiled and need replacing. There is also a damp smell they can’t get rid of so if you are sensitive to strong smells I would not recommend. If it’s your first time in Dubai you’d benefit from staying closer to the centre otherwise you’ll have to pay ridiculous prices for taxis all the time.

Everything was fine. The staff was very friendly. Our only issue was that there were no extra rolls of toilet paper and we probably started with a half a roll.
